Purchased a refurbished gas dryer. Perfect working condition. Very reasonable price. Delivery/installation + 1 year warranty included. Way better than rolling the dice on a used appliance on eBay or Facebook marketplace. You can trust these guys. They're great!

I wish I went straight here instead of trying to buy a washer and dryer on eBay or Facebook marketplace! This place is awesome. We got a refurbished gas dryer in perfect condition for a very reasonable price. Triet delivered it and installed it and was very knowledgeable. The appliance came with a one year warranty. Way better than rolling the dice on a used appliance somewhere else. This is a family-run business with quality, hardworking, honest folks. Five stars

Honest, honest, honest and they give you a free estimate. Very nice people and they know what they are doing. You will save money and not get taken advantage of. They fixed my fridge and gave me double the warranty then any other store would for new parts. Amazing. We used them again for our older model used washer that was jumping all over the place and Treit was unbelievable, he diagnosed the problem with our old floor immediately, even spent a lot of time (free of charge) taking the washer out onto the concrete to demonstrate. Now that is customer service! We ended up buying a lighter used one from them and he took the old one away. Problem solved. We are very satisfied, repeat customers.

I needed a stove handle repaired or replaced. Called Triet and he was extremely helpful from the beginning, emailing me to determine the model number and to explore possible options before arranging an onsite visit to the home. He was very accommodating with the tenant's schedule, showed up on time, was able to reattach the existing handle without seeking to charge for a replacement. His service call fee was reasonable. So satisfied with this experience, and I recommend him to anyone in the Sunland-Tujunga area. NOTE - the grandfather may answer on the phone number listed, and there is a language barrier, but he readily gave Triet's phone number, so I suggest asking for Triet directly so you can text or call him. Honest family business.

Guy told me to come at 6 am to look at appliances…. And that he showers at 2pm so he couldn’t help me after….. I’ll pass thank you. I am beyond confused by this interaction…. If anything it was pretty entertaining ?

Best place to get a washer or dryer, or have them repaired. Quick, good pricing, and honest. Truly good people who help without taking advantage. Anyone in the Sunland or Tujunga area should go nowhere else. Plus they take what you don’t need and they offer a year warranty. Look no further.

I just bought a new townhome and did not want to pack the place with a new expensive appliance. After doing some research this business popped up on yelp near my area. I drove by to take a look at the shop and they have a lot Washer/Dryer and refrigerators. I needed a refrigerator to get me by a year or 2 and figure get a junked one and I will paint it myself. After meeting the old man he just finished patching up a fridge and gave it a fresh coat of paint. We made a deal to hold for a few days and I came back to pay it. The old man reassured me I get a warranty but the new parts would last me over 5 years (PERFECT) and he gave me tips on how to maintain it to last longer (Bonus!). Within 20 minutes of paying for the fridge, Trait the grandson I believe, and the old man delivered it to my new home. This review is over due, but I promised I would give a review once I was moved in, for their outstanding service. I will admit if you need a used appliance call or visit the shop(It's on Foothill Blvd), do not be intimidated if you don't like what you see, just tell them exactly what you want and they will either restore or let you know when one available. I wanted a whirlpool fridge and just my luck he just finished restoring it with that fresh coat of paint. Thanks gentleman for your business, you guys are awesome and respectful, the old man cracks me up he's got a great sense of humor. Also, they repair appliances at your home, so ill need Trait to come back to fix a pilot light on my gas stove, he quoted me after checking it out after the delivery, call them!
