Manager Patty rude & inpatient . Horrible customer service. I would rate this place as zero. “No Coupons” should be displayed at the entrance. Additionally, Patty's attitude is extremely rude. I advise against spending your money here and suggest considering other options.

From the moment I entered, Patty, who states that she is the manager, displayed rude behavior. She treated an elderly man, who could not stand for long periods of time, with impoliteness and lacked patience. Similarly, when it was my turn to place an order, she rudely urged me to hurry up. When I requested to speak with the manager, she informed me that she was the manager and that I had to accept the situation.

If you use paper coupons, this place does not accept them! Since my app didn't have any offers, good enough for me, I decided not to patronize this place. I don't think any subway should be allowed to make the decision whether they want to accept coupons or not. I think they should all be obligated! so if you are coupon, user avoid this location! If franchises are allowed to make their own rules, like not accepting coupons, I think the franchise's privileges should be revoked!

This was the most egregious service I have ever experienced. They don't have the proper cleaning etiquette. The sandwiches were not made with proper care. Their work environment and ambiance is very inefficient, providing an improper handling of the sandwitch. The cashier handling money did not change her gloves when making the sandwitches. The sandwitch was made carelessly, lacking an abundance of veggies. The sandwitch was forcefully shut and was not presentable. I might as well make the sandwitch myself. This indeed, is an undelightful experience I do not wish upon my fiends. Therefore, I shall not return again to this specific establishment.

Post a sign that you don't take coupons .I'm in full agreement with no coupons but let me know that BEFORE I order. You stink. Shame on you for putting your employees in this position to have to explain this.

The food is not consistent. Depending on the people who make it sometimes it's good other times is soggy and nasty .

Worst customer service I have recieved in a long time from a fast food chain this is the third time I come here and it's always such bad service and everything looks so dirty it's honestly disgusting they drown your sandwich in sauce ?

Okay I always order on the app to save time. I always write to please not put the ends of the tomatoes on it. (Who eats the end parts?) anyways every time now they always put the ends of the tomatoes. I can't eat that so I pick it out. I also ask for extra olives and they only put about 5 olives on a footlong! Never coming here again. I kept giving them chances but that's it now I'm done with this location.

My first time ever coming to this subway. Once I walked in and started ordering and I changed my mind on getting the footlong instead of the 6 inch . The employee started giving attitude out of the blue. Then walked to her co worker and started talking s*** about me because I changed my mind. I was so shocked about this and then she came back was basically hurrying me up what else I wanted. And was out the door. This will be my last time coming here. I get it if she was having a bad day but don't take it out on every customer that walks in.
