Did not have what I was looking for because of the poor choice selection and or just not having that type of toy, and staff was either on their phone or just staring at me which was kind of weird. Would slightly recommend.

Horrible place.. paid for a toy $5 it dropped from counter and broke.. and owner wouldn't do anything.. kid was crying.. owner wouldn't refund..

I visited this store with my parents. The store was full of toys as you would expect a toy store to be. My parents were looking to buy a gift for there youngest granddaughter, my 1 yr old niece.The store clerk Lucine kept a close gaze on us through the easy to see cameras in the store. Very rude, at no point did she reach out to ask if we needed help or simple small talk. We felt like we were intruding. We finally decided on an item to purchase. She rang us up with a very cold attitude. Did not even ask if we wanted a bag for our item. When we came back and confronted her about how rude she behaved. she responded back with a smirk and denied it. A simple apology would have come a very long way. I would hope and like to believe we didn't just experience racial discrimination. However in today's world that's become a new trend. I hope Lucine treats future customers more kindly.

I went to purchase a battery powered toy vehicle, they mad a wide variety of options I chose a pink lamborghini which was perfect for my daughter. Excellent customer service and a perfect toy. They carry rc toys also, I saw a large rc truck might get that for myself. Friendly lady working the store. Definitely will be back its near my house.

I came in on Moday with my 2 girls who were super exited to finally go to a actual Toy store. The store was very well stocked and had a huge variety of power wheels and different things for the kids to ride on. There was a lot of high end toys, a few dolls, some outdoor toys, and an aisle or 2 of boy toys. Now the reason for this review: My kids like all kids like to touch everything and the more we looked around i could tell the guy that worked there was getting annoyed. I asked him a few question here and there as we browsed the store. Unfortunately the only power wheels they carry are for boys and they can't order one for a girl. I asked if they had any small bikes like maybe a tricycle and the guy said no. I really felt we were unwanted and i feel like he didn't want us there. My daughter found interest in a basketball hoop. I tried to adjust the basket (it was on the highest setting) (She's 3) but coudn't. The employee saw i was having trouble and didn't offer to help, so i let her try to throw the ball. The ball came flying towards the employees direction and landed just past him. I tried to take it back to put it away and he rudely said he would do it. If i was going to make a purchase, by acting like that you just lost a customer. Unfortunatly, I will not be returning to this store and i hope everyone in this town does the same. You can't run a toy store and not expect kids to come in ! You have no right be rude i don't care how busy you are. We were the only ones there and you treated us like we should not have came in.
