Wow. This Shell gasoline is excellent with high prices. The clerk with nice attitude. I like him very much. Super friendly. Time to fill up the gas & start the engine!! Vacation time!! I always purchase Lotto scratcher tickets inside the food mart. Rock on!!

I would give no stars. Worst service ever. Supposedly open 24/7. Charged me credit card prices sine they were cleaning. ( no cleaning crew in store). Charged me CC prices. Today I come in to get gas. Same guy. He declined all my cards said I need to take it up with my bank. Used the pump no problems. This guy is a complete jerk I will no longer use this station. I will definitely be watching my account to make sure there are no fraudulent charges. Since this has happened before at this station. Use the one on foothill and oro vista. Way better people.

I arrived to get a smog check, upon being greeted I told the gentleman I had a coupon for $29.95, he literally laughed at me and said "That was like 10 years ago", I showed him the coupon with his address and an expiration date of 1/30/2023 (it was 1/14/23). I looked puzzled and asked him if this was the correct address, he said yes but an old coupon, when I told him about the expiration date, he didn't even want to look at the coupon. I told him a lot of places offer that/this kind of deal, and his response was "good luck". I don't think he knew / knows I work for OSHA and he now will have a slightly bigger problem on his hands, some people shouldn't have jobs that deal with customer service, because he had none. Crown Smog Center, Burbank for $24.95, he actually saved me $5.00, lol.

Without any doubt, this is one of the worst gas stations in southern California (and I drive all over the southland for work, so that is saying something)! Not necessarily because of the fuel, location or even the little market, but entirely because of the guy who works the register in the daytime, who must be the owner or manager, because there can be no other reason how someone this belligerent, disrespectful, snooty and rude can still have a job. He has very short hair, shorter than a crew cut that is dark with some grey in it. He treats customers like they should worship him for letting them buy his fuel! Even on days that he didn't open his mouth or sneer at me or other customers like peasants, he somehow finds a way to be the cashier and take money without so much as looking at you or saying thanks or acknowledging your existence. I don't care what culture you are or what part of the world you come from, there is absolutely no excuse for this guy's narcissistic, egotistic, belittling attitude toward other people, let alone customers. I now drive way out of my way to avoid this gas station! If you have to choice but to stop there, take my advise and DO NOT INTERACT WITH THE CASHIER! Personally, you should do everything in your power to avoid this Shell and just go to any other gas station along Foothill.

Long haired paranoid little boy they have working there is an ultra N*** mask monitor. Little boy was behind a glass counter with a mask on and told me I need to buy a mask from him before I can buy a can of Red Bull and cigarettes nor would he serve me anything but gas through the side window. Said that's only for gas cuz his lazy a** didn't want to move and bring me a can of Red Bull. Pretty much these crooks make you purchase a mask. Another way to make money. Fk this place I was pumping gas here for the last 2 years and my business is close but never again will I spend a dollar here.

Air machine is ALWAYS "out of order" so they don't have to provide air to gas customers.
Also openly ignoring the mask laws currently in place.
They also don't appear to take Shell Rewards despite being a Shell station.

I asked the attendant for help. First time using a debt card and wanted to enter my shell rewards. I was on my last day to get a fill up to keep my gold status.
