I've called the pharmacy non-stop for two days to see if a prescription is ready, or if they've even received the request. The phone just rings, then loops back to their IVR after it remains unanswered.
I'm not sure what the employees in the pharmacy are doing, but pick up your phone.

Even when they are not too busy, still take them too long to provide assistance.
