I stopped by here but wasn't sure it was even open by how it appeared from the outside. The door was open but they seemed very surprised to see my daughter and I. I asked if they could do a fill and a mani pedi for my girl. They said "gel color for her?!" Which made me feel weird because yeah- I'm willing to pay more money for her polish to last longer- why would you complain!? I get she's young but when I take her for a mani pedi we like to see it stick around and that's okay with me! Anywho- they said they only took cash so right out the gate I couldn't stay. Unfortunately the place looked like it only had one table open- and was super poorly lit. I don't even know how that lady was doing nails basically in the dark. The whole vibe screamed "not inspected" I'd urge you to go elsewhere on the sketchy vibe alone.

Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and Sandy and Tina took really good care of me and my bridesmaids! They were very patient with me even though they had to redo my nails because I ended up smudging my nail polish before it dried. The prices are great too! $50 for an entire mani and pedi! You won't get a price like that anywhere else!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO COME TO , THE STAFF ARE SO UNFRIENDLY AND THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, THE OWNER SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT , MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE, I WILL NOT EVEN WASTE MY MONEY TO COME TO A PLACE WHERE THE STAFFS ARE SO RUDE....

I found their customer service to be lacking in all cases from their lack of having the right tools to do the right job to customer service and kindness I would not recommend Queen's Nails for the money you better off driving to Los Angeles they don't give the proper type of care that you would like for your feet they don't scrub your heels take all the dead skin off your toes they just do your toenails charge you twenty bucks you can get that done in Los Angeles from the front of your toes to the back of your heel and you get a leg rub to all both of your feet are beautiful for $15 or the same money twenty bucks to help you take your shoes off to help you put your shoes back on and for somebody that child American with disabilities you sure did treat me rude

So disappointed with my nails . I was happy with it until she did the gel polish... looks so nasty and i payed $40 to not even be happy with my nails.. they both left so no way to contact them now and I dont feel I should have to go pay another 20 dollars somewhere else when I should of got what I payed for. I didn't notice till i got in my car but they definitely need better lighting inside because they looked great inside till I hit the sun outside and seen how ugly they looked... if I would have known I would of just got regular nail polish...
