“I met John exactly 12 years ago in a moment of desperation, my car had just broke down down the road. I was walking to find an auto shop , and destiny brought me to TNH and John. I'll never forget that day, John was very kind. Honest and helpful. He found what was wrong with my car and fixed it. He could easily have added a ton of other things to upsell me, but he didnt. He told me what exactly was wrong and exactly what my car needed. That first impression left a mark on me. Since then I have gone to John TNH for whatever my cars have needed. Oils changes, transmission work, belts and timing belts, tune ups, sensors, A.C issues with my cars and also suspension issues, John has worked on everything. Even for advise on how to do work on my cars on my own I have gone and asked John. Hes always been there for any question I've had. It's hard to find people like John , specially in this field. I'm thankful I met John, there is no one I would trust more than John working on my cars. John is an awesome trustworthy person (AMAZING MECHANIC) who I recommend to anyone having automobile issues. Thank you John and TNH for always being there for my car problems the last 12 years. TNH the best most honest car shop period!!”

“A coworker recommended J’s to me a while ago so when I needed my oil replaced and thought I might have an oil leak, I went here. Rolled up in the morning & VJ was great. Dropped of my car and a couple hours later he called me right when he said he would to tell me what was wrong and the cost. Turned out I didn’t have an oil leak but I did need new brakes (which made sense it’d been several years since they were replaced). I picked up my car a few hours later with everything all replaced and ready to go! The price was very fair and everything was done when he said it’d be. Will definitely be returning for any future maintenance!”

“I had a nail in my tire. It feels like there's always something wrong with my tires. Annoyed, I went to Pep Boys but they had a long wait. It was the same with Discount Tires. Lastly was American store Depot - which also had a long wait but since it was an easy fix they were happy to squeeze me in. The guy at the register, Milad, was an absolute sweetheart and met my problem with just the right amount of professionalism I needed. Alex, the tech, fixed my tire in a snap. And the best part? It was free! Yup! Flat tire service here is free* (terms and conditions may apply - It says it's free in the store I had a nail dead center that wasn't on the seam). Anywho, I'll be making it to work on time thanks to the American Tire Depot crew. I appreciate y'all for real ❤️”
“I had a slow leak and visible screw in one of my tires. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. I only had to wait 30mins, and to my surprise, there was no charge for a plug and patch of the tire. I can’t express how grateful and appreciative I am for the honesty and good will this is. This company now has a customer for life and I will highly recommend them in the future.”

“The owner Yuval Palmon is the absolute best! My car's light for the charging system came on and I was able to get it serviced the same day. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday and I came in at 8am. I also live six hours away. He finished the alternator an hour after looking at my car. I decided to get my battery changed as well which took an additional two hours but that was because my battery is behind the wheel wall. So it probably would have taken less time if it wasn't for that. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative with all of my questions. Highly recommend if you are having car trouble!”

I let the service worker know I’d come back another day to actually do the service since I knew they were closing, but Chris was incredible and took the time to look up the information needed for my car! He never rushed me, and also let me know which locations would be able to complete transmission fluid changes, since this location does not. Thank you, Kris for answering my questions!”

“This morning I knew I needed to come in and get an oil change and remembered I pasted this Valvoline location on my way to something else the other day. I thought I'd check it out this morning to see how they were since I looked at the previous reviews on Google.
I must say I am thoroughly impressed with how well things went this morning. No wait, no issues and great service all around from the three lovely workers that were there this morning. I unfortunately didn't get their names, but I just want to say thank you to the lady and two gentlemen that helped out with my car.
I can tell they value their job/customers very much and all of them were so attentive to each detail during this oil change. The oil change does come with some extra things that may be required for them to check, but they tell you about it first and ask if you would like it done. So there isn't any discrepancies on the bill at the end. Bonus, they helped me with a few other things I was needing to get done in my car extremely fast. When they said you'll be out of there in 15 minutes that isn't a lie. I got there at 8ish and left at exactly 8:15am.
I can say i'll definitely be back again and again because they made my first time here and 10/10”
