The worst service ever. I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and care when dealing with healthcare providers, and my experience at this office was far from acceptable. During a phone conversation I was spoken to in a rude and ignorant tone. They fail to provide basic communication and do not care about your health condition at all. I was trying my best to be nice and patient but they keep tricking me and never provide the appropriate service so I just cut them off, preferring to stay without a doctor for a while than continue to interact with them.
Avoid these people, I cannot believe they are allowed to deal with people’s lives. Change your doctor as soon as possible so you won’t face severe consequences for your health.

They give me an appointment they Took 10 min of my time, then they Had me call my La Care covered 20 minutes of my time to have me switch to their physician, La care covered tells me Lilit Baltaian Md is not accepting new patients, i call back Lilit Baltaian Md tells me that they cant open that up and that i should find another physician, 40 minutes wasted... clearly unorganized

This doctor is a FRAUD, she doesn’t have any real medical license and acts extremely rude towards her clients. She is unprofessional and i would never recommend her to anyone. You’re better drinking a ginger ale and taking some advil than seeing her !!!

so unprofessional i wish i could give her a 0 but i cant so i give her a 1. more worth it to listen to your abuelas and use vaporub and rubbing alcohol instead of paying to come and see her. only come here if you like it when your doctor treats you like literal garbage
