Came here for a kids party and it was great! The food was amazing, plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves, and the staff was always attentive to everyone's needs. Definitely recommend for kids parties!

Good entertainment for the kids but it was too cold inside. Also they should open the entrance in front for easy access.

We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday in their Glendale location and we loved everything about this place. The owner was sweet and wonderful to work with, her workers were friendly and attentive towards us and our guests. The venue itself is THE perfect place to celebrate your big day and the best part of everything was how happy my daughter was. She literally couldn’t stop smiling. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed the party. We’ll definitely be back.

Second time attending a birthday party at Jump Club . Once at the Tujunga location and today at the Glendale location. Both locations are very clean, fun and amazing. So much to do for the kids and why not adults too. We had an amazing time at the party today. Loved the food as well. Fresh and delicious. I just wish the staff was a bit more friendlier and attentive to guests. Other than that it's a great place to celebrate birthdays or other events at Jump Club.

We celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Jump Club in Glendale on May 7th, 2023. 1st; The facility is very clean, the bathrooms are spotless, the workers made sure that all tables, floors, jump areas were clean. This was very impressive as I am a Germaphobe. 2nd; the staff is very attentive, very friendly and made sure that all the kids were safe while the parents were engaged in conversations. 3rd; The DJ was amazing, he was so caring. He made sure he played all of the songs that my 10 year old requested. I was amazed as to how nice he was.I have to say, it was one of the BEST birthday parties i have thrown and all of my guest enjoyed their time at the party. There was not even a single negative comment.One of my guest at the party actually booked her daughters 10th birthday for October 2023.I Highly recommend Jump Club Glendale if you are looking to throw an amazing, unforgettable party.Aida K.

Mikey and Michael were an excellent help for a party we threw here. The customer service is amazing and I look forward to holding all future birthdays and any other excuse we can to use the facility. The lazer tag is a lot of fun!

Did my kids 5th birthday there was very happy with the place and the girl who helped us book it ester just wish the staff was a little more friendly when we got there it felt like they wanted us to leave before we even started no smiles on the front desk girls or the guys who were watching the play area they actually grabbed the ball from my 2 year old because he was in the wrong play area I guess unfortunately will not be doing any more parties there !
