JD motors was extremely professional and prompt. I purchased a vehicle from them and I live in Southern California. They made the process very simple and efficient and they were great at communicating. They even picked me up from the airport once I arrived at Portland.

Worst used car dealership I’ve ever tried to buy a car from. They do not answer the phone and are very unprofessional! I tried to get them to answer and return my phone calls for over a week. That’s calling 5+ times a day. Submitted my application for credit for a vehicle and still 2 weeks later haven’t got a single call, email or any type of response from them after they said they were working on my loan. Take your business to a dealership that is will actually respond! What a waste of time and energy, oh and not to mention I have a inquiry on my credit now for no reason!

I was in desperate need of a car since my old one was breaking down on me. I'm a young buyer with not a lot of established credit history. He tried getting me approved through a few lenders but they did not want to accept me becuase of my credit history. He talked on the phone to try and get me approved but still no luck. I walked away very upset that I did not get approved but he called me later that day and personally financed me to get me in the car I wanted. I could not be more thankful for how much I was helped here and I would recommend anyone who is looking a car to come here. He will work with you no matter what. Very honest, straight forward and transparent. Best dealership experience I've ever had. Thank you JD Motors! I'm loving my mazdaspeed 3 every day now(:
