The store was clean the staff great. But the atmosphere if the store was sad. Homeless walking in and walking right back out stealing and the employees just watching because of the danger.

Helpful staff. Short lines. Their stuff is getting more expensive and they stopped doing the 20% off coupons but it's still better than buying tools anywhere else.

When I went to over past Sunland on foothill boulevard seem to have more stuff than the one in sylmar which is my closest one. The woman in charge seem to have her s#!+ together and was very cordial and professional. Not to say that the other location's workers aren't the same,... Is just that I felt a better vibe, for whatever that means....
