I encountered a very rude employee when I tried to donate clothing. Despite having plenty of space, including one large empty cage and ample square footage, he refused to accept two additional boxes, claiming his cages were full and he needed to close. I left feeling disappointed and regretful about donating to that center.

Terrible customer service. Went yesterday and one cashier took over 10 minutes to return something for another customer. 3 other staff members just stood there and chit chat. When they opened another register after 10 minutes, I asked them who the store manager is...and she told me it's the one standing there all this time doing nothing and ignoring customers.

super rude staff. they were so busy talking to each other they couldn’t bother to notice I was in line. Then the chick with the braids loudly says, “ damn she didn’t say anything that whole time?!” Well yeah, because I thought ONE OF THE THREE OF YOU huddled up talking was a customer and I didn’t want to be rude and disrupt y’all. PATHETIC.

Stinkiest Goodwill I've ever been in. This place needs ventilation. The smell hits you like a ton of bricks upon entering. Stay away if you don't want to stink after visiting.

Wow! What a great thrift store. It’s so clean and well taken care of. I was completely blown away by how carefully everything was arranged and setup. Obviously great care was taken maintaining this location. Everything was nice.

Clothes were not my style at all. Most seemed drab and from a different culture and old fashioned. I liked one shirt and it was 6,99. It seemed expensive since it was old and used but I bought it . Girl at front was nice and all that.. just since the last few years when I used to go, the selection has gone downhill. Sorry to see it. A few months ago, i did find new bath mat sets and they had new sheet sets. But it is not a very big goodwill. So I don't think I will be going back. Sorry wish it was better.

Very very disappointed, picked up a sweatshirt for 6.99, tried it on. I guess the tag fell off as I was shopping. When they retagged it they priced it at 29.99. What a joke Goodwill. ?

The two men at the donation door were very rude. The one told me he couldn't take my items because they were used. News flash... you work at Goodwill... it's a second hand, used everything store. The other man, the one wearing a WWII Veteran hat who was most likely in his 40s (that's called stolen valor) called me aggressive because I unloaded an item as he was arguing with me. So much for this being a charity. Typical Tujunga.
