You know I don't understand why everyone gets there medication delivered but I have to pick mine up and now I have to go search for my own medication because they can't get one of my meds . Even one star is too much probably don't even care about their reviews

Great pharmacy. Remedy has been our family member’s pharmacy for 6 years. They are very helpful. Specially the guy who does the delivery is very nice, kind and responsive.

I am from the doctor's office and family of a patient request to fax medication order to this pharmacy. This guy with a middle eastern accent was so arrogant on the phone and became upset when I called to make sure they received the fax order. He said they were very busy (but no reason to be upset with me?!?!?!).

Worse pharmacy ever, I would given them 0 if the option existed. Zero basic math knowledge, Zero customer service, Zero in communication. They could not even calculate the dose increase in a medication which causes the need to obtain medication sooner and medication lasts shorter time, even with specialist prescription in their hand. Engendering their patients life just because they do not want to recalculate. Also lie to you in the first place that they have ordered it for you. And never inform you about medication being ready. Even the specialist doctors office called them and explained but still no result. The neurologists/neurosurgeon even said this is the worst pharmacy and customer service they have worked with and they will call in CVS pharmacy for this medication. They called CVS and the medication will be ready tomorrow.

It's incredibly convenient and free delivery! I love that I don't have to wait in line at the pharmacy anymore. Wish I would've tried it sooner because it makes life easier.

Great pharmacists. Vahram "V" is the best and really cares about the patients he services. They are fast, accurate, and you don't have to deal with big Chainstores!

DO NOT GO HERE. They steal patient medications. I was a very long time customer and I never count my medication when I would pick it up because I never thought they would steal medications... Well couple days ago I went and got my other fill and after when I got home I saw the bottle was half way which I had to have 60 so I start it to count and there was 40 instead of 60 so I called them and a guy picked up and said there is no way. Well yes there is a way you guys are stealing it and that's not nice but it's ok as soon as I report them to insurance and the board they will learn. Please go to cvs or another pharmacy before this starts to happen to you guys

I've been getting my prescriptions filled there forever. It's a local neighborhood pharmacy. And they'll remember you. The service is always excellent. Go to people you know and who care about you. This is the reason to support your local businesses so that you get to deal with people who care about their customers as individuals rather than numbers.
