I've never had such horrible customer service from a pharmacy manager. This person "Arpie" has been so insensitive and rude to me. I've been having trouble filling my prescription because my medication is not readily available but instead explaining the process and being patient with me she cuts me off when I try to speak. She is condescending and has not customer service skills. Its hard enough having a medication thats hard to fill. Its even worse when you have a pharmacist has no patience with you. I don't know if this lady has a bad day every day but she takes it out on customers. And then when I have the "audacity" to speak my mind about it she acts so shocked like how dare I get upset when a CUSTOMER SERVICE worker doesn't have good customer service. my doctor accidently sent my perscription to CVS, when I call them to ask them to cancel because here was a duplicate at another pharmacy She starts chastising and yelling at me that she explicitly told my provider to not send my prescriptions to them. That she refuses to fill them. When I tried to explain to her over the phone that I didnt ask them to do that, again she was rude and condescending and cut me off every time I tried to explain. Treating me like Im some child that needs a parent to come talk to her. She obviously hates her job and she hates working with the public. You're a pharmacist lady. Really get over yourself. Everyone else in the pharmacy is so pleasant and patient. This person is horrible and makes the whole team look bad. I cant be the only one that has issues with this horrible woman.

I can into the pharmacy with questions and a problem with my prescription but Rosa and Chastity were absolute lifesavers. Chastity was incredibly kind and Rosa answered all of my questions and was such an immense help!

Our insurance company has a contract with CVS, so we have had to get our medication here for a while now. Four issues: 1) They have sold us expired medications (manufacturer packaged and dated medication, so there was no way they could have not known if they checked), 2) they were trying to charge more than eight times more ($172, instead of $20) for a covered medication, by not telling us that if we order for three months supply, it would be eight times cheaper. 3) They do not pick up the phone, 4) and it is extremely difficult (sometimes not possible) to read the expiration dates that they handwrite on the pharmacy-filled bottles (taking an extra second or two would make all the difference in legibility of the date).

Not a bad place to shop. Although I’ve got vaccinated twice during COVID-19 pandemic. It was called Pfizer didn’t hurt that bad. Lotto scratcher tickets selling from the machine. That makes me happy. I play a lot win prizes. The atmosphere looks great; the employees are friendly & kindness. Homeless people roaming around outside the parking lot. Toys were interesting to look at. I like it. Best selection so far.

It's a shame that this pharmacy doesn't always have merchandise for its customers or even less have enough staff to attend us the customers there's days that there a longer line than the department of public social services maybe it's time to switch CVS to another pharmacy on God.

I don't usually go here for this type of product but I needed soup. I walked in and couldn't find it - their aisle labels were misplaced. I asked an employee and he helped - he was chippy but friendly. I used the self service thing - the first one I went to wasn't working. The second one worked and I left.

I thought this place would fumble and I would get my medication much later since they had to order it. However instead of getting it in 2-3 day I got it the next day. I told the pharmacist how badly I needed and she had it ready for me in 20 minutes. Appreciate it!

I understand locking all the cosmetic items due to theft but if there's no other worker to be found in the store besides the cashier? I don't understand why they wouldn't change the cosmetic location from the hidden side corner to the middle, where it's more out in the open. Can't explain how many times I've walked out because there was nobody to help.

I've been dealing with them for months. They purposely make it difficult for you to refill an authorized prescription, cancel your delivery without explanation, then gave me the wrong dosage. They want to be so bad so customers will switch to a different pharmacy do they will have less work to do.

Awful pharmacy. I am new to the area and should have looked up reviews before moving my Rx's here, but I have never had a problem with CVS pharmacies in the past, and didn't think I would in the future. Initially, I attempted to transfer my prescriptions using the CVS app. When I didn't hear anything for over a week I called the pharmacy only to find out that though they had received the request, they hadn't yet faxed my old pharmacy to initiate the transfer -- something they only admitted after the person I spoke to tried to gaslight me into believing I had submitted the requests to a different CVS pharmacy. Once they contacted my old pharmacy 2 of my 3 prescriptions were filled within 48 hours. Great right? No. Because the one prescription I truly need on a daily basis was never filled. According to the app it should have been ready at 3pm today, but 3pm came and went and the CVS app still listed it as "processing". When I called to investigate, I found out that there was an issue with the insurance billing and they needed info from my doctors office to complete the refill. According to the pharmacy they had faxed my doctors office and never heard back. Mind you, they didn't tell me this until I called and inquired, which happened to be at 4:30pm on a Friday (the Rx was originally scheduled to be filled by 3p the same day -- a time that never updated in their app despite this holdup). I immediately called by doctors office in a panic, and -- surprise, surprise -- they never received a fax from the pharmacy. Thankfully, I was able to catch my doctor before they went home for the weekend, and knowing how important this Rx is to my health they immediately called the pharmacy and provided the necessary information. Of course the pharmacy does not stock the drug normally, so I won't be able to pick it up until tomorrow. Hopefully. Unless something else goes wrong.
