Nice place to visit at City Market 21 at Tujunga CA Foothill Blvd @ Plainview Ave. Busy area with loud noises driving around the intersection. On the other side of street is Original Tommy’s Burgers which I haven’t try yet but farther than that there is Super Char Burgers which I came across ordered a burger & fries with high prices. Inside the liquor store with great prices of snacks, beverages, liquors & much more!! Great selection for me to purchase & play lotto scratcher tickets. The owner at the counter who is kindfulness, friendly, smart & super duper nice to me. Not rude, very good attitude of which I could tell very polite. Having no issues. Keep up the great work definitely come back again. Nice & clean, well organized. Of course I like the hot weather. Anyway I highly recommended visiting to City Market 21 Liquor store & the customers must try fast food burger & fries at Tommy’s & Super Char Burgers if you come across. This was my best day I had ever experienced.

I was there today at 12:50pm. I bought a money order and paid with four 100 dollar bills. Everything seemed good until I was in my car writing info on the money order when he clerk came out and said one of the bills was fake. I went back in and saw that the bill shown by him was fake. I was a retail store manager for over 10 years and know how to spot a fake money when I actually check. The only thing is that I tend not to check anything that I get directly from a bank. I quit my job prior to Covid so any 100 dollar bill I have now is from Chase. Now here is the what gets me frustrated. He showed the surveillance video of the whole transaction. I saw that he kept my 4 bills separate from the rest of the store money until the last minute. He took one bill that he was comparing my bills with from the drawer, turned around, and walked out to the parking lot to talk to me, presumably to show the difference between the two? I watched the video till this point and decided this guy is good and I must have had the fake bill all along. If that one bill he took from the store drawer was the problem why would it be in the drawer in the first place? He seemed to me a straight forward person. I paid him the 100 then came home fuming to call Chase. The Chase customer pointed out something that I hadn't thought of. That I've always used an ATM, never went to a teller to withdraw money. An ATM machine makes a mistake. What is going on. ANYWAY. This isn't to blame the store.Everyone at this store always has been friendly and helpful. I get no nonsense straight honesty vibe every time I visit this store. The store is well organized and very clean. The clerk was very calm, polite, and accommodating the whole time I was there. I really appreciated that he didn't get emotional.

Coldest drinks in the city of Tujunga!! No place has colder drinks!! Some things are kinda high priced and other things are fairly priced!! Overall a greT place to get your drinks and snacks!! The staff is very friendly except for 1 guy who is a little snooty like he's better than other people!! Other than that guy, greT place to get you stuff!!
