i will give a Zero start... 0 Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of service I have received from your bank. My recent experience with your customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I called the bank seeking assistance, and to my dismay, I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. This is unacceptable, especially when trying to resolve important matters. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was informed that my deposit, which was made at the counter, has been misplaced. Shockingly, after waiting for 7 days and contacting the bank again, I was told that the check was never deposited. This inconsistency is not only inconceivable but also deeply troubling. I have concrete evidence, including a printout from teller 0072, confirming that the check was indeed deposited. The fact that your bank seems to have lost track of such a crucial transaction is a severe lapse in professionalism and competence. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter, along with a prompt resolution to locate and process my deposit. Additionally, I urge you to take immediate action to improve your customer service, ensuring that clients are not subjected to such lengthy wait times and are treated with the respect and attention they deserve. If this issue is not addressed promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns through formal channels and explore alternative banking options.

I have been a member of Bank of America for decades and rarely need the services of the staff; however, when I need them, it's usually for something that feels out of my control, causes anxiety, and needs IMMEDIATE attention. Recently, I entered the Sunland B of A premises, extremely anxious and emotional due to problems with my checking account. and expected to meet with a bank manager sometime that morning, although I had no appointment. Due to Covid issues, many B of A branches have had to temporarily close down or cut their hours, so it's not reasonable to expect immediate assistance. However, the day I visited the Sunland branch, the employees could tell I was stressed out. Athough short-staffed, the bank manager, Julio, carved out some time for me to help rectify my issue. I started that day thinking my life was doomed, and walked out of the bank after Julio's support, feeling like "anything was possible". I RARELY take the time to write YELP reviews, but this type of personalized and immediate attention is so rare but much-needed in many of our public arenas, and it is important to recognize such efforts. I am so grateful for Julio's support, and the Sunland branch personnel. Thank you for making my day!

Thanks Julio for being on hold almost an hour for me trying to contact the legal dept. Shame on legal dept for not staffing efficiently. (That took away 1 star). No fault of the branch.

This is the worst bank in the world, the tellers are super nosy. I had my account closed randomly a few years ago, I'd been with them for over 10 years. They wouldn't tell me why they closed it. The tellers are super nosy, when you withdraw money at the teller window they ask why are you withdrawing that much or what are you going to do with it. You're a bank you keep the money and that's it, I'm actually glad they closed my account cus if not I would have eventually done so myself.

Just found out that this bank was here. It came in very handy because from now on I'll definitely be coming here instead of my old bank location. This bank is located in a very nice quiet spot and not to busy either. The only problem is that it's more on the dirty side but it's not very noticeable. This bank is very convenient for me and I had no problems at all. All and all this is a great bank and had a great experience.

Shittiest branch ever. There is typically one teller only. At MOST, they'll have two tellers. The line will be out the door but teller management will just look at us instead of jumping in to help.

Yelp really really needs to add a "zero star" feature... These clowns that work at this branch do not even deserve one single star. Every single time, literally every single time I come in here there is a very long line...Typically 8 to 10 people or more...And if you're lucky, there maaaaay be two tellers working while six or seven other employees just mill round doing absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Massis, you're a nice guy, but you're lazy and you don't run your branch well. Literally every single time I come in for a simple transaction it takes 20 to 30 minutes... that is so absolutely ridiculous. Completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is the only branch near my place, but from now on, I will never come back again. I will only go to branches in nearby Glendale instead. This is such an absolute joke. Every single time I come in I see the manager with at least one of his cronies just sitting there looking at their cell phones. Do you know how insulting that is to a customer?? You guys need to be whipped into shape immediately. You are a stain on the Bank of America name. It is absolutely unbelievable that in this day and age in the banking industry there is a branch providing such horrific service. To make matters even worse, when they see the lines are long, they just go and talk to each other, they don't make any effort whatsoever to put someone else in as a teller. And then, when one of their lazy employees actually does come to talk to people in the line, rather than going to the front of the line, they go to the absolute end of the line and start helping those people. Do you not realize that that is just plain stupid? Yes Meg, calling you out. Go anywhere else, avoid this branch like the plague!

Meg Harootunian is the worst. I had made prior arrangement to go see her to remove someone from my account. And it took 3 visits, with the 3rd visit waiting for her 40 minute while she was at lunch ONLY to find out that I had to call BofA in advance prior to seeing her. She's rude, doesn't know customer service and certainly doesn't go above and beyond to help customers. This makes me hate BofA. And she's the worst employee and experience I've ever had.

Terrible service. Not friendly tellers and very slow. Most days including Friday evenings they have only 1 or 2 tellers tops!! They need to hire more tellers!!

2 tellers counted 12 people in line.. 3 "Managers" just standing around watching. A customer is upset due to the long line and even longer wait.. One of the employees tells the lady who was asking for more tellers if she was so unhappy with the service to pull her money out and find a differnt bank.. WOW!!! SO I decided to take his suggestion. They need to be TRAINED on customer service skills and instead of standing around they should multitask. Yes, sir I did take my business elsewhere like you requested the other customer do.

I agree with other reviews. Tuesday 240pm. 10 people in line, 1 teller. Very long wait everytime. I would highly recommend if you have a choice go to another bank that staffs properly.

couple of time on my way to work i stop by to pay credit card payment or some other service which need a assistance from a teller and always is the same problem, long line due to only one teller working and two other people doing nothing inside of the bank and the manager walking around and not doing anything to salve the problem..and this problem goes on for asa long as i remember in this location..i bank with ban of america over 30 years and all the advantage of being a old customer has been waived over the years one by one included free cashier checks which now days is charged 15,00 dollars.. shame on them,,grid grid and grid

Bank of America in Sunland has one, really one, teller working on Friday afternoon! I am 20th in line! Who is the manager of this bank? That none of the other 5 to 6 employees here can step in to help displays very poor business practices. Managers name is Sonia Queles. Please improve customer service by having additional tellers available on Friday afternoons!
