I highly recommend this place very good customer service. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and they did a good job of fixing it. I will again highly recommend going to this place very knowledgeable about what they do. Thanks you guys.

I can't believe I haven't taken the time to review this place. I have been using them for years and they are always great.It's like being transported back in time when you knew the vendors in a small town. Max the pharmacist, Sam the butcher, Old Doc Anderson and Alex the auto mechanic. Martha remembers her customers and Alex remembers your car.My wife's last car had a small problem that Alex noticed on the first visit and said it wasn't necessary to do anything about it yet. Every time we brought the car back, he would check it and let us know it was no worse and nothing to worry about. How many places do you know that would not tell you to fix it at some expense?I've had parts replaced on a couple of cars and what they charged me for OEM parts was less than I could find them for online and their labor charges are very reasonable. My current car is out of warranty, and they do all my service. They always get it done quickly and at a fair price.If you are looking for a local mechanic, look here!

You guys!!!! Look no further. This place is amazing. For years my husband had a mechanic in La Crescenta. So when we bought our daughter a car and it had an ongoing issue, we brought it to him. Every couple weeks all the lights would come on the dashboard and it would be stuck in park. It would happen and a few hours later it was fine. Very frustrating. We took it to his mechanic and they had to guess what was wrong and replaced a few things. $2000 later and none of it helped. I'm not knocking them because you literally have to guess unless the issue happened in their hands. Out of a last resort (before heading to the dealership), we took it to Alex's Automotive because my daughters best friend has been a client for years. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Especially Martha! We were able to leave the car for a week, in hopes "the issue" would happen in that time. Thankfully it did. This girl googled and researched every possibility of the issue with my daughters car. Only because of her determination she found out there was a recall for our year, but it didn't include my daughters VIN number (which is common). She went on her own time to a local pic a part and found the part they needed. IT WORKED!!!!!!!! I can not say enough about this place! I love them!!! Also...... two weeks after she fixed the car she sent a text to "just check up" on how things were! Are you kidding!? My go to forever

Here for oil change and tire rotation. We had been a long time customer for more than 10 years. Never disappoint us. Their quality of work is top notch! Very honest and reliable for advise and opinion.. never tried to "over-exagerate" just to charge more. I recommend this place to everyone

Great communication and friendly. They have been taking care of our family cars for several years now. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

This is my second time needing desperate service on my older truck. I had researched possible problems ahead of time, and speaking with Martha I could tell that she was well versed in the issue. They are so accommodating and easy to schedule with. The work is great and affordable. I am informed of other work that needs to be done with zero pressure to make a decision right then and there. What I love the most is the absolute "community" feel with them. It is comforting to know I have found "MY" mechanic.

I've been coming to Alex's automotive for 4 years. Great work and they will work with your warranty on your vehicle to get things covered. I've definitely saved close to $1,000 coming here!
