In a pinch, took my portable generator here to get it working again. Even though it was not one of their certified models (it was a Husky), they fixed it regardless. When I still struggled to get it started after I took it home (the winding roads got fuel in the spark plug), I got on the phone with the technician, Steve, and he walked me through how to clear it out. And it worked! Special thanks to Steve!
I also learned about how the fuel goes bad so quickly these days, and it's necessary to use a special kind of fuel conditioner.
I learned a lot from these folks. Kudos!

Have been using Truckee Rents for years. Unfortunately this time I cant say a good thing. Rented a concrete saw for a project late Friday. Started the project on Saturday afternoon - saw wouldnt cut anything we needed to cut. Too late to take back so since closed on Sunday went Monday- explained to cashier who offered NOTHING- but happily charged us 250 for something that was worthless for the project- Wasted funds. Lesson learned.

After a recent snowstorm, I found myself in the market for a Honda snowblower. Truckee Rents Inc had the exact unit I was looking for, in stock, and at an excellent price. The customer service end to end was excellent. I would recommend Truckee Rents to anyone in the market for a Honda snowblower, or any other equipment they sell. Because of Honda's unchallenged quality and reliability, it's the only brand of power equipment I buy!

Well they got most of the stuff you're gonna need to rent.
Almost never have Honda snow blowers for sale, but they do have them to rent and repair.
Make sure if you rent an electric jack hammer, they match the colors. Red with red. Yellow with yellow. Have had issues with that a few times. Otherwise very good customer service, and nice people working there.

This building and equipment needs an update. Always double check what your renting before you leave with it. Including the tail lights of any trailer you rent. Can’t believe the staff is so nice with the decrepit state of everything.

Not great customer service. And tools aren’t gone over after every use to make sure they are in working order. Make sure tools work before you leave!

Delightful experience. Rented three patio heaters for a friend's rehearsal dinner, and brought in an old chainsaw to see if it was worth repairing. Chainsaw was too old to have any of the modern safety features, so they helped me select a perfect replacement for my needs at a very reasonable price. We will be back!
