Haley is the epidome of premiere, professional customer service. She brings the light into the electricity business. I don't understand all the low ratings. I'd rate service at 6.9 out of 5 if I could. Yes, off the charts! Seamless! We need more professionals like Haley gracing us their presence at all utility companies!!!!!
