These guys know snowboarding like no one else in town. They've ridden every board in the shop, and their technical knowledge on subtle details about boots and bindings runs deep. No sales push, just helpful and friendly. Thank you Taylor and the whole crew!

This is the most down to earth, coolest shop in town. We’ve bought skateboard equipment for our lil dude, belts for our snowboard pants, rented snowboard gear, everyone that works here is totally cool… we just love this little shop. And we love to support the local Community. This shop comes highly recommended.

Taylor was so awesome, hooked me up with some great snowboarding boots. I had been to 4 other boot fitters already because of issues I was having with my other boots, and Taylor was the magic man that found my Cinderella boot! He also gave me lots of great info about other boards and bindings I was looking at. So friendly and made me feel right at home. Sometimes as a girl, going into a board shop can feel intimidating. But not here, I recommend anyone to come here when looking for some new gear! Their products are also very well curated. They carry good quality stuff at fair prices.

I first went into Totally Board shop 3 years ago. It is such a good vibe! They are my go to shop - get in there! The knowledgable, patience & the genuine want to help you get in/on the right gear is apparent the minute you walk in the store. The shop has a great selection of both winter & summer gear. Taylor the manger & all the staff are such a pleasure to work with.
Thanks guys for guiding me towards the best equipment for my style of riding ; as well as looking after my overseas visitors that had A LOT of questions. I have purchased my board, boots, bindings & recently a new helmet. All at different times…did I say they were patient & kind! The days of good customer service are not lost in this shop.

Hey, so i never really got to give an official shout out in my three years in Truckee. S I don't leave reviews for anything so this will be a first. I just love stepping in there. It's the kind of personal attention you want from a place that could be overwhelming with decisions . You can tell that your business is appreciated. Got some goggles recently and the crew is so helpful yet gives you space to look around at the same time. also great deals and a bunch of 50% off goods.

Friendly knowledgeable customer service and good selection of gear. Prices are what you expect from a downtown Truckee boutique but I managed to score a nice shell on the 50%-off rack and a 40%-off deck. Great selection of decks BTW. They also play very good music (IMHO) in the store which is nice while you shop. Recommended.

Best board shop in Truckee! They have everything you need, from inner/outer layer gear to boards. Very helpful and awesome staff! They go the extra mile to help you pick the best boards. Don't go anywhere else.

What I needed was simple. As just restoring an antique Bongo Board to gift the grandson, I lacked the foot grip pieces.Upon arriving, I was greeted by a young man named Harrison with a smile and willing to help. Please note that I am 75 years and not many young folks offer to help us.Anyway, he knew what I needed, retrieved the grip paper and it was a $5 deal.Both Harrison and a young lady named Maddie visited with me a moment.
