Janie and her team were great! We sold two homes in the month of March, with all the snow and terrible conditions, they just killed it!! Everything went so smooth for us but I know there were issues that cropped up but they took care of the whole mess. This team is the best in the business in the Truckee/Tahoe region.

She is a fantastic communicator and always goes above and beyond for her clients. We just purchased a home in Truckee and this is the fourth transaction we've done with Kristi and we couldn't have been happier with the process. The team made sure that all the pre-sale work, like inspections, HOA sign off, defensible space, etc., was completed, which allowed for a one day marketing, 10 day escrow and a final price well over asking. Sheri and the Sharp Team were end-to-end rock stars in our vacation home purchase. 1) Sheri hustled to find us listings - often going out to properties and doing zoom calls to show us around virtually. 2) She found us an off-market property that was ideal for our needs. 3) She used her local knowledge to help us craft the right offer - helping us negotiate a string of small and large points 4) The Sharp Team had great local resources (such as mortgage brokers and handymen). The local mortgage broker provided a qualification letter and proof of qualifying funds in two hours - something my bank took weeks. 5) Sheri eased us thru the various inspections - often showing up while we were out of town. Rachael was great/timely/hyper organized on the entire closing process - answering questions small and large. 6) Sheri's just a joy to work with.
