I bought 3 pairs of matching pajamas for my Grandson's on 12/23/23 . The salesperson told me that I could exchange them if I had the receipt. My son took the pj set that needs exchanging in with the receipt yesterday 12/28 and they said no. Tags still on the PJ'S. I tried to call them today. No answer. It

Hours of operation are not accurate. Says 10-6 but we arrived at 3:20 and lights were off and closed sign was up.

Teri was just awesome! She was patient and answered any questions we had regarding her products. She folded the shirts nice as we shopped and didn't have an issue if we changed our minds. Now you may be thinking well you're buying from her and I get it, but they were about to close. That really made a difference because most stores wouldn't have let us in and we took at least 30 minutes deciding what we wanted and looking amongst her vast selection of souvenirs. Thanks Monica for recommending this shop to us and thanks Teri for your hospitality!!

The people who work there are AMAZING and so kind! They have a wide variety of souvenirs even jackets, hoodies, sweaters and warm jammies for those cold mountain air nights. Love this store, all locations!

On a Wed evening we were in need of some warmer clothing. We happen to try the door not sure if she was open. She wasn't but Traci was so kind and let us in. We tried to be quick as make so small talk. We bought a couple very needed jackets for the next day. The pricing is about right for the location and we were just tickled pink that we were able to get what we need. I've been to this store probably every time I visited over the course of years. Happy that they are still there had the great selection.

The lady working the front was very rude and personality challenged. I'm hosting a friend from out of town and when asking question about stamps, after buying postcards; she gave me a very snippy NO. All her answers were snippy one word answers where I had to ask for elaboration. And I get in California where you get looked at like a heathen when you ask for a bag. But for the love of god would it kill them to offer one for me to at least purchase? So I don't have to put my items lose in my purse? Just go farther into town to get your souvenirs. This place blows. If I didn't already have my postcards picked out for my daughter when she started talking rudely to me I would've left.

Such a cute store with lots of options for both Tahoe and Truckery apparel! They also have lots of stickers that are perfect for putting on water bottles or putting behind phone cases! Also not too pricey :)
