Completely misled on my second trade in by $600. Went in to talk to Owen & Zachary about it b4 I left last Thursday 12/1& they could do nothing but leave a “Post IT” note on Tyler the managers computer. He was supposed to call me yesterday never did & today no answer. Doubt I will ever hear from them & feel it was very fraudulent.My first trade in 2months ago was flawless & wished they told me the promotion might have ended when they said I could get $800 for my wife’s IPhone11 Pro when I traded in 1 month ago - as a result of my first great customer experience. When my bill came, their corporate office said phone was only worth $200 so now my wife’s upgrade is 47.00 per month for 24 months which is crazy.Completely sleazy operation & really don’t care about their customers or willing to help. Shopper beware & have filed complaint with consumer protection & their corporate. You managers need to do a better job of training your employees. I don’t care about the $$$ but being completely taken advantage of by a terribly run franchise.I doubt if I will ever hear from them & guess will have to just let it go. My fault for not requesting documentation but after first great experience didn’t think was needed. Thank you Owen & Zachary for worst retail experience in Truckee.

Terrible customer service. Rude salesperson. Manager sits in the back office and won’t come out to help customers because he is too busy doing “manger stuff” and fears he will get in trouble from his manager if it’s not finished. Go anywhere but the T-Mobile in Truckee. Walked 5 doors down and went to verizon. They were amazing and super helpful.

Was in the store today. Only 1 salesperson who was busy helping someone buy a new phone. As we waited the salesperson had a question for his manager in the back. I asked if his manager could come out and just ring up an accessory for us. We were told that the manager was doing " manager stuff'" and could not come out because he had to finish his manager stuff so that the managers manager wouldn't get mad at him. So this store would rather give up a sale than to come out and help a customer.Terrible customer service. Also, the salesman was mocking my 75 yr old mother. Would never use this T-Mobile and the district manager should get his managers and sales staff to remember that making the sale and helping customers should be the priority in a storefront.

Doing great for not having a store manager since October! I think they are hiring for one but the rest of the staff is still very helpful and kind despite.It would be amazing if a corporation this large put a huge amount toward hiring and helping to place employees in areas fully. Our community has a housing crisis and are an extreme example in the state regarding pay, staffing and housing. Not sure they will easily find someone to take the role on without subsidizing this accordingly and holistically. Thanks!

The guy with the long hair that looks like he doesn't take a shower. Is extremely rude and unhelpful. I don't understanding why he is not dressed up in a professional way. I asked him to get a phone and he screamed at me.

I went in for a second replacement sim card because when I got the first one, which I told them I myself had lost, for no charge. Edward, who I assume to be the manager, told me that because they don't a ton of business, they were trying to boost their customer servive/support to get more people in their store. I went in again today for another sim card, same reason, and Edward told me something totally different and said there was a charge for the sim card this time. I'm new to T-mobile and I feel like a replacement sim card should be something I can get for no charge. I specifically came to this store from reno because I was told I could get one free of charge. What a waste of time.

After seeing all the positive reviews, it makes me wonder why I was treated so meh. I walked in with a broken phone and was immediately asked, "are you buying a new phone or going for the insurance? Because I said insurance I was told I had to deal with that myself. No offer to help (except being directed to the flyer), no commiseration just a "not my problem" vibe. I understand that they make commission so sales are important, but if you're part of a network- a team so to speak- you should also be supportive and helpful of the people who buy into your team. I'm extremely disappointed back the lack of warmth. I feel rejected, phone-less or lacking an immediate resolution. Bummer... If I ever HAVE to go back there- which I don't see myself buying from them- I do hope my feelings are adjusted.

Thanks guys for your help! You are the reason I switched to T-Mobile. You are knowledgeable friendly and your customer service is exceptional! I do not get that same customer service from calling T-Mobile or going on line! I want you to know how much I appreciate all the help you guys have given me, you are awesome!!!

Was in Lake Tahoe Kayaking over the weekend when my iPhone XS dropped straight into the lake. Good news- my hubby was able to retrieve it snorkeling at a depth of about 6 feet. Bad news- a hour later, the screen flashed yellow and green streaks as the water damage finally got to it! I need my phone for work so I stopped into this Tmobile in Truckee to see what my options were for getting an upgrade. Kudos to Edward (Store manager) and Zachary for their fine customer service. They came up with a solution for me and I left with a new upgrade to iPhone 11 with no $$$ out of pocket! That was the best part and I get to enjoy a brand new phone with a larger screen. They were not pushy sales people but felt they were there to help out and meet my needs. Thank you Tmobile!

The two employees there (I think Zachary and Edward were the names) were fantastic. In three visits over two months (we had quickly changing needs) they were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. We even kept them after hours once and they were just focused on finishing the job. Cannot more highly recommend this shop!
