I’ve been going to hot Pilates classes here for over 2 years now and have mixed in some of the other classes offered including bikram yoga, aerial yoga and SUP yoga. All of the instructors are great at what they do and the classes are fantastic workouts. It’s a beautiful studio and they’re continuing to expand and improve it.

The studio and teacher were great. I do wish it stayed hotter during class. It was nice and jungly when we got there and then it cooled down and was just ok. This is a message to whoever controls the temp to try to keep the heat on during the class.

Fantastic new Hot Yoga finally in Truckee! Didn’t realize this yoga studio opened in Tahoe city n truckee. Went to Bikram class In truckee; the studio is beautiful and one of the best in terms of locker room, studio room, and lobby. I’ve been to hot yoga studios in NYC, Miami, Tampa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Sedona, East Bay, San Diego/Carlsbad, LA/playa del ray and this studio beats them all in facilities.Definitely try it! I intend to keep going whenever I’m in Tahoe/truckee from Bay Area.Thank you to the owner for opening a amazing hot yoga studio that is actually hot! No more cold boring studios

Since Quarantine I have been taking Virtual Classes with Mountain Lotus Yoga I am not sure where to begin, the Teachers are so incredible Nicole, Ingrid and Grace have gifted us with Tranquility, Kindness and Love ! Nicole’s gift is truly teaching her verbal guidance is clear , precise and easy to follow while being challenging and restorative simultaneously. Energetically her classes are fulfilling both physically and mentally I feel lifted up and joyful after every class!
