“Doing great for not having a store manager since October! I think they are hiring for one but the rest of the staff is still very helpful and kind despite.It would be amazing if a corporation this large put a huge amount toward hiring and helping to place employees in areas fully. Our community has a housing crisis and are an extreme example in the state regarding pay, staffing and housing. Not sure they will easily find someone to take the role on without subsidizing this accordingly and holistically. Thanks!”

“Showed up at the Truckee store today with a broken phone. I was quite stressed out because I own my own business and have children so need to be available at all times. The associate helped me find the best possible deal and I walked out of the store with a new phone and a new tablet! I wad reconnected before lunch. I've always had great service at this store and it will always be my go to.”
