I tried to make a appointment for 3/21/24 I got a confirmation text and 1 hour later I got a call canceling it.2nd time I've made a appointment in 2 years and they were both canceled. I had to drive to Carson City to get my taxes done. I was trying to keep it local..not a option anymore
