The pharmacists here are so amazing and non judgemental. David is such an awesome human and is always smiling and goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can. If you're looking for a pharmacy , highly recommend here!

My husband and I are struggling to conceive and are beginning our first IUI round. We live in Incline Village and tried to fill an RX but quickly realized no one near Incline carried the RX because it was "too expensive". After panicking and calling around I finally reached Benjamin at CVS in Truckee. I asked if he had the drug and he was super sweet and said to hurry over. He was even kinder in person, making sure I got my RX within 15 minutes (though not expected on my part). His compassion for me today literally changed my day. I had such a stressful time and the whole process of fertility treatments is not fun and super isolating, it was nice to be nurtured by a complete stranger. Thank you, Benjamin!

I have never felt compelled to write a review for a pharmacy until now...but I have to admit I am blown away by the staff here. Both of the pharmacists have gone above and beyond for me as a patient. I am on a prescription that requires constant attention and interaction with my pharmacist. I have found that I am considered a nuisance, and I am judged by other pharmacies. David (and the other pharmacist, I can't remember his name) are extremely compassionate, I feel that they are genuinely concerned with my well being rather than judging me. They have fought with me (against medi-cal) every step of the way, and I will literally follow them wherever they go (if they leave cvs ...please don't!) I have seen David pay for a patients medication out of his own pocket, while the patient was screaming at him. He has walked prescriptions out to me in the snow, when I couldn't get my two babies out of their car seats. We are lucky to have such a wonderful rx staff in our little town. I hope they stick around!

There app told me my prescription would be ready at 2pm. I showed up at 4pm and they said it would be another two hours. I’m in a strait leg brace a week out of an knee reconstruction surgery and they wouldn’t even move me up the line. I traveled 30min to get here and now I’m stuck unable to elevate my leg or ice it. Horrible service! They have no conception of anyone’s needs and would rather have people suffer.

This is an older CVS, but it is quite large. They had everything I needed and I was able to check out quickly.

I was on a mission to find a low slung beach chair. Having been to 3 other local stores which ranged from a hardware store to a drug store. I had no luck until I hit upon this CVS. The staff was so helpful. Various staff advised me of the Buy One beach chair and get another for 50% off. They checked inventory. Great. The cashier was a sweetheart, very fun personality. Plus she was speedy ringing up transactions without rushing the customers. Overall not bad CVS. Hey, it's better stocked and organized than my local CVS in Sacramento. Which is newer than this one.

The pharmacist and his colleague behind the register Bill and Paul could both use a course in customer service. Only after 12 mins of being open they were already annoyed with the 3 customers they had in line and think they are God's dictating how and when they will refill prescriptions. People go to a pharmacist when they are in need and in our case had a son that just had emergency surgery. We already have enough to deal with don't need attitudes added to an already stressful situation.

Every time I pick up my prescription at CVS Truckee they've done their best to please me. The pharmacist, David, is awesome. Always helpful and actually has gone out of his way to make sure things work out for me.

Came here to receive money from money gram with all my identification and my reference number that the money gram customer service told me to have. Get there and a girl help me she was really kind, polite and have positive attitude. I was almost done with everything and was waiting to get cash but she has to call her manager for me to receive the cash since she doesn't have the authority for that much of cash. Here comes the boss Jerry... started all over again which was not even needed... ask me my identification, reference number, which I already gave to the girl and now he said identification doesn't match ....you must be kidding me it was good to go a minute ago and now all of a sudden it doesn't match....rudely he told me to call the customer service...well I did and there was nothing to change..back in line and he said now I am good to go...very unprofessional and rude... finally got my money...was there at 9 am and was out by 10:45am ...fast service lmao...1 Star is just for the nice, kind employee who help me first. Jerry need to learn customer service from his employees. no more coming back here... will go to rite aid or Safeway.
