This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The owners are extremely unfriendly and cold and for some reason they are attempting to uphold a refund policy that is in direct opposition to the written policy posted on their website. If attempting to return they rudely insist that there are 5 different caveats to their printed/published policy that are not listed or explained anywhere. “The policy only applies online.” “The policy only applies to damaged or defective items.” “The policy only applies if we can’t provide a replacement.” Such a sour little store. Would suggest supporting more friendly and community oriented businesses.

Came in and didn’t realize I couldn’t have food in the store and was completely humiliated by an employee when she shouted from across the store for me to not eat in the store. Mind you, it was a little chocolate truffle from the candy store next door. Could have approached it in a more professional manner.

Amazing customer service! We purchased a set of chairs here and didn't notice one was damaged. Lisa, the owner, went above and beyond working with us and the supplier to help us get a new chair (complicated by the face we live in Southern California). She really impressed me (oh, and the store is super cute too)!
