I had issue with my bindings. (I wanted to adjust the angle but could not tight it) I went into the store and asked for help. The store employee helped me with it for free. Really appreciate the help!

This store is awesome. Always has a great selection and the people who run it are super helpful. Recently picked up a bunch of kids gear and I was guided to the gear that would work the best for my boys not just the most expensive stuff they had.

I came to the store to get my new Burton boots molded and my new step on bindings mounted. Henry was very quick to assist me and also helped a lot with tips on how to use step on boots/bindings. And Teneson helped to mount my bindings. Very pleased with their service! Thank you, guys!

They have good selection for demo boards. I happen to visit cuz I forgot my step on boots and only this shop had them for rentals. Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely come back to try some demo boards!!

Spencer is the Man! Look, lots of shops just throw boots and binding at people. It is absolutely important for the right fit for the right gear. These folks take the time and have the expertise to walk the walk. Highly recommend!!

Went here to get some questions answered about my step-on setup, Henry was super knowledgeable and informed me on all the expectations and best practices at no cost. Don’t get your gear from Sports Basement or you’ll be aloof about how to properly use and care for it!
