I cannot say enough good things about Bespoke Truckee. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure I got the item I wanted. They were out of the item I wanted and Alicia took my name down and told me she would call me when they received it. She messaged me a few days later to let me know the item was in stock and she promptly had it shipped to me. I was very impressed with her follow up and customer service. I will keep bespoke Truckee at the top of my list of places to buy gifts from. It’s worth the money. Thanks again Alicia!

What an incredible shop, full of amazing things. Wall-to-wall stuff everyone would love to own. Incredibly well laid out. On top of it all, the employees are incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and make you want to come back over and over again. Don't miss this place!

I came in to inquire about a scarf that was in the window if it was for sale. One lady wasn't very friendly and told me 'No! that took 20 hours to make by hand. No way! You are more than welcome to try to make one back here' Ok, OK I get it. You shouldn't put items in the display window that are not for sale. Save everyone some time. Didn't seem too happy.

This is a cute gift shop in Truckee that sells jewelry, ceramic goods, clothes, books, accessories, stationery, etc. I came in because I wasn't expecting the weather to be so cold and needed to find a jacket quickly. They only had one type of jacket but when I tried it on I loved it, so I got it. The store associates were friendly and helpful. If you need to find someone a gift in a pinch there's a lot of great gift ideas here from local artisans.

This store has the most beautiful, amazing, and some expensive items, but hey how often do you come to Truckee. Grab a token that means the world to you from the beautiful pictures that I have provided. This is a place of self reflection and self help for growth and strength. I found some amazing tokens to take back to my daughters! If you ever truck down to Truckee, please go pay Bespoke a visit!

Cute store with a yard shop in the back. Was looking forward to trying the Thomas Keller chocolate and the bitters. Wanted to spend my money here but the customer experience snuffed out any enthusiasm for this place :(

Terrible experience here. Extremely rude manager who told me I was bringing a bad attitude to her store when all I was asking is why they don’t do returns. Not going to come back here for sure. It’s not fun to encounter rude people when you just trying to enjoy your time with your family.

Bespoke is the maker store of your dreams. If you love artisan jewelry, handmade pottery, painting, and knitting and much more - this is the place for you. While I was in love with their previous location (in particular that cool book page wall) I really like that their new location is more central and has a craft store in the back. Last time I visited, I was looking for new knitting needles and came home with new earrings, a mug, and unfortunately no needles. Bespoke - thank you for supporting small artisans and providing an easy place for me to support local artists & small businesses.

Great find here in Truckers! A maker's haven. Knitters, needle artists, and those how can craft forms on canvas will love this place, if only to feed your imagination. Wonderful selection of hand crafted items as well. Worth a stop just jto enjoy the experience.
