“I highly recommend Shepherd's Auto Body. My mom had issues with her camper shell after an accident. The autobody work was done at another shop, but they were unable to resolve the water leaking into the camper. We also took the camper shell back to the place where it was purchased in Reno, but they couldn't fix it either. Eventually, Jason at Shepherd's Auto Body managed to get it fixed, and it was such a relief after dealing with two different shops that couldn’t install the camper shell properly. Jason was very kind and friendly, helping us out and even putting the front plates on our cars. Thank you, Jason!”

“My thermostat got stuck going over the summit on labor day weekend and we took thr first exit down the hill in Truckee. With it being a holiday weekend, no shops were open and I had no tools! Called around a bit and stumbled upon Daniel. I called him tk let him know what was going on and he told me he didn't work on diesel trucks. I begged him to help as there was literally no one else and he said to come down to take a look. When we got there he came out and confirmed my thermostat was closed and blocking coolant from getting to the motor. He called the local auto parts store and they didn't have any in stock (of course) so he removed part of the thermostat to let fluid pass through. It got us all the way to Reno and back home to the bay area. Labor day weekend saved! He didn't overcharge me neither knowing he was our only resort. Thanks Daniel!”

“Shaun was absolutely the best to work with. He gave us a free sled upgrade abd provided everything for us to tow some sleds up the mountain for a private excursion. I can only imagine the type of people he deals with normally. If you can’t back up a trailer or have experience riding this won’t be what you’re looking for.”

“I forgot to load my tire jack and had a small tire leak.I went in there and ask if they can switch my spare (they were very busy) In about 30 minutes they got it switched. And here’s the kicker, the owner said no charge.
That tells you what kind a people runs this place. Thank very much , got home safely and started snowing too!”
