“Bought a faucet from Ferguson about 7-8 months ago. Installed it a customers house.. fast forward to 4-27-21 faucet pull out hose began to fail. I didn't pull the faucet just thought I replace the hose. They gave me a brand new faucet with very few questions asked. Customer was happy!!”
