We worked with Darcell and it was a wonderful experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable and asked us questions about what we were looking for in our boots to give suggestions. He was patient as we tried on several different pairs and offered different kinds of inserts based on the feedback we gave him about fit. We even saw help an enlisted soldier who was about to pick a shoe that wasn’t going to meet his needs. Overall Darcell was an absolute pleasure to work with—he reminded me of the good old days when people in shoe stores used to be experts about shoes

The person working here at Travis AFB, Cindy, was very informative and knowledgeable about the boots. She helped advise me on what boots were preferable to the working conditions that I told her for my job. This have been an great experience as she was genuinely happy to help me out in picking the right boots. Her patience and knowledge were extremely valuable to me deciding on the boots I wanted.
