Everyone was super nice and informative. They were really good with our cats and Kaylee even helped me bring the cats out to the car afterwards which was very helpful and kind.

They require records that are actually impossible for me to get. I have my dogs original rabies certificate but not signed in blue ink. I even contacted the vet who gave the shot 4 years ago and they said since the shot is expired they don't send those certs out. Now looking for a diff vet.
