I lost my USAA debit card in the Travis Credit Union ATM machine located in the exchange. The card reader broke and completely fell into the machine with my card. I run over to the credit union to ask for help retrieving card but NOPE. They were completely unhelpful and could have cared less I am now without a debit card because of their broken machine. I asked if there was somewhere I could call NOPE they had no idea. They said "sometimes somebody comes on Thursday's I think. Maybe you will get lucky". Hahaha. Real funny! I guess it's funny when it's not you left without a way to access funds. These people working in customer service unwilling to help - find other jobs! It's obvious you are there to get a paycheck and nothing else. It's pathetic and unprofessional.

First off, let me state that my standards are extremely high when it comes to customer service; it is extremely hard to find genuinely kind people these days. On Travis AFB, I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Ta'Lon McKinley at the Travis Credit Union across from the BX. This young man was well spoken, made great eye contact, reassured my needs and "actually" followed through with what he said. He is a Senior Financial Service Representative at this branch, and it if wasn't for him; I would have walked away. He took the time to actively listen and then respond; explaining my financial needs (auto financing) thoroughly. He closed the deal by making phone-calls and sending out emails keeping me informed every step of the way! Management, keep your eye on this young man; he's going places and needs to be groomed for higher levels. A Million Thanks to Ta'Lon and thanks to Travis Credit Union!

I normally use the TAFB/SUISUN branches to conduct my business. And I love the service that I receive from them both! It’s nice when you walk into the building and the tellers greet you my your name, even with my face covering on.

This bank is the worst! Customer service is atrocious. They have one teller and the line of customers is literally out the door.

Not for a specific branch. Decided to go with Travis Credit union since they told me they were "military friendly" with payments on my auto loan. Set up auto payments each month but found out many months later that you can not make payments towards your principal with auto payments you can only call to pay towards the principal if you are making additional payments monthly than just what your payment is. Kind of hard to do when your no where near phone service. Wouldn't recommend if you are planning on paying off your loan early they make it very difficult.

This place is one of my first bank here in California coming from the East coast and I have been with them for 3 years now. Their service is effective and fast, from auto loans to wire transfers. I recently had a problem with my cc and the lady who helped me got it fixed and even expedited the shipping of my new card since I am gonna TDY soon. Overall it's a solid 4.5 rating but there's no option like that so maybe a 5 for now, it's not perfect but it does the job 9 times out of 10.

This isn't for this specific branch, but Travis Credit Union in general. We purchased a car in the Sacramento area and we got set up with Travis because they have great rates. That is about the only thing good about working with Travis. You cannot make auto loan payments like a normal auto loan. Because it is a credit union, you have a loan account, and a savings account, and to make payments you have to set up transfers between accounts. If you dont bank with them, it is extremely difficult to make payments because then you need to transfer money from your bank to the savings at Travis, then from the savings to the loan account. But there is also the lag time for transfers between banks, because it is a transfer, not a payment. Their quick pay is convenient except there is a $10 fee EVERY TIME you use it. No thanks to that. The best bet is to set up recurring bill pay through your normal bank, which will then make transfers directly to your loan account in the form of a payment. Then you can be done with it, and not have to deal with Travis. Their website is poorly designed with numerous errors, and not user friendly at all. I have had auto loans through other credit unions and it was never this difficult, costly, or time consuming to make payments.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to LaToya for helping me get my new car! I had been looking for so long and God knows I needed one because my old one was reaching the end of its life. LaToya was very consistent and stayed on top of everything on her part and kept me updated on what I needed to do on my part to make it a smooth process. She's also very sweet and knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely wants to help. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anybody else. Thank you LaToya you're the best!!!

I am recently back from a trip to Europe and just found a 50 euro in my purse. I go to my bank and they don't exchange euros and every other bank that does won't since I'm not their customer. Catch 22

If you don't have a high enough credit score you cannot open a bank account.

Unfortunately, I have an account here, but it's only out of convenience due to my proximity to a branch. Long story short, their loan processes and policies are terrible and their loan officers are clueless. I paid off a motorcycle loan on 12-Mar, and was told that I would have a title within 5-10 days. It is now 19 days later and they are telling me that I was given bad information (by three different employees, two at the corporate office) and that I "should" have the title within the next week and a half. All while the new buyer is sitting around with a vehicle he can't register. Oh, by the way, while in the bank I asked if they could just give me a lien release form and I would go to the DMV myself. I was told that it wasn't an option. When I called today they told me that they could have just given me the lien release form.
