Raymond was the man. He greeted us once we talked through the door. He helped us understand the plans better as well as get my fiancé started with her plan. He helped me get a new phone and made sure to get us the max amount of discounts on our purchase. They had great deals for the items we got! Thank you again

Went into this store today to clear up whatever-the-heck happened to my bundle package over the phone with their "customer service" and everyone was super helpful. Pete had a wonderful & professional attitude, and promptly stepped in to help when he heard how complicated my issues were. He fixed every issue with a smile & made me confident that all issues were resolved. From now on I'm coming into this location if I can instead of calling customer service.

The 4 stars are purely for Donelle the store Manager and nothing to do with Xfinity :)Donelle made what had been an extremely long and painful experience dealing with Xfinitys phone “customer service” to making the experience so much better. On two occasions, over two days, she resolved issues that had been messed up with my grandparents services. While I was on the phone with tech support (2 hours) and explaining to them in several different ways, I think they just needed to check a box or flip a switch due to DVR not showing as an option- I decided to just drive down when they put me on hold. Within 5 minutes of walking into the store, Donelle pulling up my grandparents accounts, and me explaining what was going on she said I was right they just needed to check a different option. Mind you she did this while tech support still had me on hold for 10 minutes & after already being on the phone for 2 hours.Thank you again Donelle!!!

Extremely helpful staff , very knowledgeable and doesnt hesitate to go above and beyond for customer service. I am glad I went to this location and my issue was resolved after a month of call backs and chats with xfinity onlinecustomer support was in vain.P.S: The store Manager was very kind to an elderly person who visited the store.

Giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 because of Raymond the guy who was kind enough to help me. I didn't see urgency to help with customers waiting as employees. I just wanted to pick up wifi equipment. I walked in and was greeted by Raymond and he added me to the queue. I had initially stated I just wanted to pick items but still had to wait which is fine but I didn't think I'd be waiting 15 mins for me to just get my items. The people in the back that could have easily helped me. That kind of annoyed me as this wait time was eating away at my lunch hour. Raymond was so kind to acknowledge me waiting, and he helped me and mind you was already helping another customer. He deserves a raise and bonus just for having exceptional customer service. If it weren't for him, I'd still be waiting there lol.

I have had a very bad experience with the chat agents when I decided to switch from my old carrier to Xfinity mobile. I remained with no sim for multiple days until after I decided to go to the store and see if they can activate my sim. Cesar was very helpful and respectful of the issue and called backend office and fixed it. I feel like if I didn't go to store and met Cesar, I would have left with no service for weeks and that would be crazy. I am just giving this 5 star because of Cesar's help and the backend team.

They were nice, but their computers were having issues. 20min later they still couldn't help me. They were supposed to send me a text to confirm the change (that I didn't want them to do in the first place) never got the text. No calls no emails back at all

I recently had a very unique and challenging issue with my internet service that required immense patience and expertise to resolve.Despite the complexity of my issue, the store associates, Cesar and the store manager Peter, displayed an unwavering commitment to ensuring my problem was resolved.My situation involved mixed-up accounts and multiple addresses, which had caused a great deal of frustration and confusion. Prior to visiting the store, I had sought assistance from various support channels such as chat support, phone support, Reddit support, and even reached out to the Xfinity's Twitter support handle, but to no avail. None of them were able to offer a solution.However, Cesar and Peter proved to be true customer service heroes. They patiently listened to my concerns, thoroughly investigated the matter, and took every necessary step to rectify the issue. Cesar tirelessly made phone calls, reaching out to multiple departments and utilizing every tool at his disposal. Despite it being the end of the day, both Cesar and Peter dedicated over 1 hour and 30 minutes to ensure my problem was fully resolved.Cesar and Peter's professionalism, expertise, and dedication made a lasting impression. They genuinely cared and were determined to find a solution. Once again, thank you, Cesar and Peter, for going above and beyond to assist me.

I’ve had nothing but the best service from Xfinity for years. However, I recently moved to another part of Tracy and was told I need to cancel my service because they don’t have any towers where I live. Oh but on the bright side they said if I wanted service still I’d need to pay $12,000 just for THEM to build a tower. How does one of the biggest wifi companies not have towers every in their city.

Staff is helpful, they resolved my issue in time
