I have use several Walgreens pharmacies over the years due to moving in and out of towns until I find a decent pharmacy and Walgreens has always had the same issue no matter we’re I live or go. Never ever have your script ready even if you call ahead. I’ve had the worse issues with pain meds. They seldom fill them when there due and stretch you out a few days more. Sometime telling you they are waiting for a shipment and to come back and when you come back they say still not in. They then treat you like a crack head if you get mad you been back 2 or 3 time for a passed due prescription. As if it’s normal to make you sit at home in pain because they can’t do their jobs right. Not to mention I have a prescription I been waiting over 3 months for. “CRAZY”I feel sorry for people who can’t get meds on time and it being detrimental to their health. Clearly there is no repercussions for them treating you so carelessly. I had someone call me last year to ask how can we make your experience better, he ended up talking crazy to me instead. They need to revamp the way they order pharmaceuticals. Try being more concerned with the treatment of patience who have probably had an already troubling day, week or life. Lately people in the medical field/pharmacies Ect. have lost sight of the purpose of caring for others. Now it’s just for a check not because they care. Walgreens has become the generic pharmacy of all pharmacies for me.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Rude, script is never ready, and the drive thru intercom system sucks (they get annoyed with you for not being able to hear.)

Worst customer service ever you call the pharmacy and ask him to see if your prescription is ready and I ask him which one is ready and she said I can’t tell you over the phone. Are you freaking kidding me that is a first they have always told me over the phone It is freaking pathetic. How if they don’t like their job there? And I know exactly who it is that little short gitl I’m going to get her name and post it on here

I went here for a photo. The Walgreens person who came to take the photo was in a rush. The person took the photo and showed it to me on the computer, and I pointed out an issue and I requested for retake of the photo. The person said it will be taken care before printing the photos and not to worry about it. But while the photos were printed, I was shocked to see the same issue again. I showed it to the person and the answer was like no that's what it is and we cannot retake. Shame on this person and the disgusting attitude! Walgreens need to pay serious attention to such locations with zero care and concern for customer and their sentiments. Please teach them the basics of how to work with customers.

Lady Seemed Like Lazy Worker Cleaning Bathrooms, Closing It Off Early So No One Can Use. Type Of Workers You Don't Want Working At Your Company.Said Both Bathrooms Were Too Dirty To Use.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't use them again. I had to do the hand holding to get my cholesterol medicine otherwise the lady had pretty much decided to send me home without my prescription medication. She got stuck on one of the two medications that was back ordered and was stonewalling the other medication too along with it. I walked her through systematically to separate the back ordered medicine from the one that was available and would be ready for pickup. On top of that their communication skill was crappy too. Waiting there for seemingly for ever to pick up my one available medicine. Not sure what they are doing with literally no waiting in the in-store line. There are some drive through folks though. I keep waiting endlessly...

This pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever seen. They constantly don't have my prescriptions ready, give me extra of one prescription and then I'm going days/weeks without others. The automatic refills are a joke as it either skips refills or refills prescriptions after you're already out. Not to mention the time for the drive-thru. The drive thru is for quick, ready to go prescriptions. If a person's order is going to take too long they should be told to head inside. I spent 23 minutes on hold on the phone to wait to talk to someone just today until they finally took me off hold to hang up on me. Will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

I will give them credit for the improvements to staff. The new pharmacy manager is much more professional than the last. The only thing is that you still have to wait for long times to pick up prescriptions or get help over the phone. Hopefully, that will improve soon.

Abysmal response to calls. “Can I put you on a brief hold?” turns into a marathon musaq listening session, only to be dropped. Utterly lacking in (what used to be) quality of Walgreens service.
Had to call them three times before I got any “help”.

This store sucks. There’s always a long line at least 20 minutes waiting in line everytime. They’ve never had any of my medication on time, or they say it’s not there. I miss the rite aid down the street
