Booked an appointment with Victoria almost 3 weeks in advance. As soon as I get to the salon, door was locked. I texted and called no answer and after an hour and half replies that she was waiting and I wasn’t there. My appointment time was 10am, I arrived 10:01am.
While waiting outside her door for 2 hours in hopes she will come, I mentioned I was okay if she was late as long as I get my hair done by today, I was very patient and nice but unfortunately after a few calls and texts, she ignored each single one and with one sentence that she wasn’t in town.
Victoria is absurdly unprofessional and was very disrespectful. I would’ve appreciated if she just had let me know ahead of time this appointment would not work out. Now I’m running around to get my hair done because of an upcoming event.. I looked forward to an appointment that left me ghosted . Very upsetting.

Lovely service. I got exactly what I asked for. I lightened my hair and the bleach did not damage my hair at all! Small homely atmosphere. If youre tight on time I definitely recommend calling first to book because this place gets many walk ins. Thank you again!!!

She is super sweet, enjoys what she does! Her up duos last all day just as though they were just done. She is the best!! She cuts my hair every 6months and I love it!! 100% recommend her!!

DO NOT COME HERE ! you'll get scammed by Perla, me and my mom came to her and she told us it was gonna be $80 for what we asked for which we kept asking her in advance how much it would be just to be sure and at the end she ended up charging us almost $400, she kept dying that we misunderstood what she was saying but she just straight LIED to our faces. AGAIN DONT COME HERE

Betty did an amazing job on my hair! She is very talented . Ask for her when you go. The atmosphere of this salon is calming and relaxing, because they play gospel music which is something unique.

My mom found this place and the first time I went the hairstylist did a really bad job. She cut my hair uneven and did not do the shave as I requested. She wanted me to know the number to shave... How am I supposed to know that, I'm not a stylist. I gave it another opportunity because I really need a salon and found Wendy. She is awesome! She has done a great job with my wife's hair, daughter, mom and myself. We've gotten color, shave, and even a straighting treatment. Ask for Wendy when you are there!!!

I think know this place is called victorias salon now. But Naomi is the best!!!! I randomly walked in one day with my son, and needed a hair cut badly. I had gone eles where in tracy and gotten a hair cut for $60, and you couldn't even tell I had gotten a hair cut. So I went to naomi and told her what I wanted, she did exactly what I said! And she was fast! And her haircuts cost $14!!!!!! Unbelievable! Since then I have sent my aister, sister in law, and cousin to her. And people are still constantly asking me where I get my hair cut. Awesome job thankx naomi!

Of all the places I have gotten hair cuts in tracy, I have gotten the best fade here. This place is sort of hood, but if you are there for the haircut & not the ambiance, it's cool. A men's cut is $15. My cut was clean, evenly lined up and faded. I walked away from the chair with very little stray hair trimmings on me. Some of the cheaper spots make me feel like I need to go shower off immediately after. They keep you clean here. The place could use some updating. I prefer the barbershop atmosphere of clipper kings but I tend to have free time for a haircut on Sundays and have to find other spots besides them for my Sunday trim.
