Place an order online went to pick it up, not in stock. Customer Service Rep (Gabriel) said he would have it shipped to the store, I looked at my account I was charged $384 instead of the original special price. I contacted customer service which didn't help. I received an email that the phone was shipped to the store, and I called to see if it arrived. The Customer Service Rep said I would have to call Customer Care about the extra charge and the phone was not in the system. Ok, since it's a gift I will order the IPhone 15 instead, he said he can't get in my account over the phone. How??? He just got in my account and verified the order. I'm very disappointed.

Con artists use bait and switch, promises of "free" things if you go "a little bit more" in your Ipone puchase. I bought my Ipone there about a year ago. If the same practices are in place now, we need a class action law firm to get in and wake them up. The phone they sold me was incentivized by promising a "free" thing, in this case an Ipad. I was charged 400 bills for it. Liars.

Unhelpful, uninformative, and a waste of time. I'd intended to *complete* the transfer of a phone line from one Verizon account to another, add a third line, and upgrade my phone. I left without accomplishing any of these things. It took a few minutes and a live chat with a specialist, but I was able to successfully complete the line transfer online, and I will go to a different store - and maybe even a different carrier - to complete my other transactions.

I could write a book on how terrible this store is, the lies, the stories, the upset customers I witness during the hours I spent in the store. The hassles and much wasted time, many hours, probably 20 hours texting, calling and time spent with Verizon fixing all their careless mistakes. Mind you, never really an official apology for wasting all my time and causing so much stress. The service is not what was promised. I wish nothing more to go back to AT&T. But they won't do that as the phones have been turned in. Forget about corporate Victra, is a joke. The only response I got was they pushed it back to the manager of the store that was responsible for all the incompetence to call and ask what's wrong. I deliberately left out names and specifics as I'm tired of writing about it. My BIGGEST regret in a long time, switching 5 phone lines to Verizon with this store. Love these comments from Victra apologizing and offering help, I've written and called them many times. Lies come from the top it.

We went in to get 2 new phones and update our plans. Only 2 people were working, and one of them was helping a family. The other one was hanging out, laughing and talking with someone. I found out later the he was the manager Devin. We finally got tired of waiting to be helped by someone who could obviously care less. On our way out the door he said "Have a nice day!" What a rude thing to say.

Spectacular customer service!! Both Anthony and Devin helped and made my experience so much easier. I had been calling other Verizon stores to get help with an issue I had and no one could help. Also wanted to mention the the new setup makes this place look so much better!!
