I am not happy with the service; my package coming from New York 9534613226664076715881 to Tracy, CAHowever, they sent it to Puerto Rico, and the shipment is up to date, exceeding 11 daysI will not deal with the USPS again; it's the last time, and when I asked to return my shipment to correct their mistakes, they took money from meAnyway, I will not repeat this practice again

The postal service in Tracy, California is as good as it can get.The staff at the front desk is always pleasant even when the line is very long and customers are unprepared.Well, it is not the employees fault, I do wish that Tracy had a passport service. It stinks that we have to go out of town to get documents taken care of.

I like that you can buy stamps from the machine and then not wait in line. I can also buy a special stamp just for the package I wanted to put in the little mail slot. It was a large envelope that was flat.

What is a vacation hold for if they still send your mail back? I don’t understand. I explained my issue and they seemed willing to help me and the postmaster still sent my mail back when it was on a hold. It had important mail like my driver’s license and insurance card. This is not something that should be happening WHEN I HAD A VACATION HOLD ON MY MAIL. Her name is Rosie and I don’t understand what I did to deserve this? Do you understand how frustrating it is to have to track down all of the returned mail? I only had 8 items of mail. The rest was for a prior tenant.

Everyday, we ship items for mybow.us via USPS, Tracy. Mostly I spend time here, 5-10 mins. They care every customers mail reach without any churns to the receiving party with good quality. They guide to use right choice of mailing service to meet their need. Very friendly. I saw some folks share frustration while waiting on queue. But when their turn comes they expect the similar care. I would not give them even zero starsThe service is patheticI sent an important document which they told me will reach in 5 to 8 business days and it’s been a month and there’s no update on thatNeither I can have access to customer serviceI feel so stuck and waiting patiently but have learnt my lesson that will never ever make that mistake again yo use usps and will never recommend to anyone

USPS is always my first choice for shipping packages. Recently visited this location twice and both times I was very satisfied with Jovilyn’s customer service. There were two workers at the location I went to today at around 4:30-5pm. One of them, Jovilyn was diligent, efficient, and had a great attitude. She made the customer experience wonderful. When I was at the office last time, someone was giving her a hard time because that person mistakenly used priority shipping packaging. Even though that customer was rude, Jovilyn had a great attitude and explained it with patience. I was a little dissatisfied today because the other worker who was working next to Jovilyn was chit-chatting with a customer the whole time while I was there. I don’t mind employees chatting but there is a time and place for that. Everyone was waiting in a very long line and the least she could do is work more efficiently. I also felt bad for Jovilyn because by the time she worked through 5 customers ahead of me, that other worker was still chatting with the same customer about where her son goes to school.

I was just in the post office last week. The people are rude and can speak or read English. And the delivery is horrible as well. We constantly get our mail delivered to someone else or we receive the wrong mail. This is what happens when these idiots can’t read or speak English. They need to get rid of the post master and restructure the whole post office. I have lived in Tracy over 30 years. Just horrible service.

I received a pkg for someone that did not live here and I even checked with nabors in case someone knew this person but no luck. I took it to the post office, explained the situation and asked if they could find the person and redeliver or I could. No way! The lady agent said just refuse it and it will go to their dead letter section where I'm sure it would die! She would not look up the person so I could contact her! Lazy, regimented employees who won't take the extra step to ensure the mail gets to the right person! What about rain or snow or dark of night blah, blah, blah? Evidently that doesn't mean anything anymore to the desk jockey who gets to be inside all day doing as little as possible! No wonder UPS & Amazon are preferable!

Wouldnt let me pick up my package. I've been waiting for a delivery for almost 2 weeks. Not their fault, not my problem but I see that it left San leandro last night and early this morning at 3 or 4 am it was at the Tracy location waiting for acceptance which they finally accepted into their system at 230 pm. I'm off work early and instead of waiting another 1-2days for delivery as the tracking tells me I figured I'd just pick it up..but for some dumb reason of they haven't scanned it and sorted it I was told to wait another 1-2 days for a package that was right in there somewhere and I was right there willing to get it...USPS is a joke..no wonder why people rather pay more and use another carrier.

It appears that everyone is overworked understaffed . I had the privilege of standing in both lines for a total of 1 hour. I person in front and until we laid on the bell 20 minutes no one came to the door.

Every time I come to this postal office , there is only one person working the desk. The location is incredibly unclean and the service is awful. I hope the person who is in charge of this place does something about it .

This 5-star review is for Sal, a manager of this post office facility. There was a matter that required help from a manager and Sal personally took care of the matter quickly, patiently and professionally.
