No way to contact store. Store number goes to national number after playing a recording about it being locally owned. Well, the owners are obviously not doing a good job because even though I went to the the store, had
Them package and label it, the tracking number says it NEVER EVEN LEFT THE STORE.

I love this UPS store! I've never had a bad service here! I see some of the horrible reviews left for them and unfortunately a lot of entitled, lazy, ignorant people go into the store expecting the workers to do everything for them instead of knowing the correct processes for shipping and returning things. The price of goods and materials has rised tremendously... it only makes sense they should charge for taping up your packages. Don't be so lazy and cheap to do it yourself. This is America... we should pride ourselves in being prepared and not expecting everything handed to us like children or babies. If you're not prepared, ignorant and then demand things to be handed to you, I'd be short and frustrated with my customers too! The workers there are just doing their jobs and they help hundreds of people a day. They don't have time to hold every customers hand to do the tasks that customers should educate and learn to do themselves. Especially during peak hours when they are crazy busy and just trying to keep up with the demand. Come to the store prepared and ready to ship your items and you're good! Should have no reason to complain other than a wait in line cause they get so busy. I've seen so many customers argue with the workers regarding their processes for shipping and expectations. These customers appear to be very rude, lazy and entitled and then come on here to complain. Really! Own it in doing your part to educate yourself on shipping processes. As a customer that does take the time to educate myself on things I'm ignorant about, I'll take whatever feedback I need to help this store's workers do their jobs easier. These are good people just like anyone trying to do their jobs best they can. How insensitive are these negative reviews that these people clearly have probably never worked retail or know how difficult and stressful these jobs can be. They are doing their best with the resources provided. In life with any interaction, anywhere... you get more with kindness and understanding instead of being an entitled, demanding, rude person! Will continue to use this store for my shipping services and very grateful for their help every time I go in.

I was there today and the lady at the counter with short hair was very mean and talked to me as if I don’t know anything instead of listening to me she was talking over me. I am not the one to ever write reviews like this but people should not be taking out their anger on other if they are having a bad day.

Shocking. After 15 years of great service, NOW the UPS Store stopped offering multiple options to their customers for the best price. They quoted $42 for a service that costs only $14 at the Post Office. This UPS Store use to be friendly and helpful, today they are just trying to rip me off and one of their employees are down right rude!!! I left, do yourself a favor and save money by going to the Post Office at 125 W 9th St, Tracy. JUST PASS!

I don’t get it I used to take pre-paid USPS packages to this place and they would take them no problem.But this morning I was told I can’t drop-off usps packages there anymore I wonder what changed, they didn’t even bother to give an explanation, they just told me to go to the nearest post office, terrible customer service
