The have no respect for drivers just like all other places nothing new , 30 mins late and you will sit all day here , and your reefer will be crying, wasting all that fuel with open doors … I don’t know y the think that drivers have no life no families,,, they think we are free and we just sit back on the seats and just drive drive drive … that’s enough I guess logging off

very good experience from checking in to loading and check out check in at 8:30 for 9 o’clock Appointment and left with paperwork at 10 PM. They also have very nice drivers lounge, clean restroom.

Check in :30 minute before appointment only
If early they will make u come back :30 minute before appointment

Very nice place for drivers to deliver and pick up. Does not matter how long they take, but they do respect drivers and they do have a nice & clean restroom, free coffee and a beautiful lounge room for drivers.

I might give zero star.
Reason - Got the door straight way but they don't start loading for hours and they don't care about your book and there's no parking near if you run off your book.
*Best option - put it in sleeper berth as you enter the facility and that will work nice.

They don’t know how to load drive 31k trailer 36 for adjust weight take more then 2 hours waisted half day office staff very nice and helpful

No good people no respect for drivers they don’t allow u to enter before your appointment only 15 minutes before your appointment for unloading to much time but they have clean Restrooms

Showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Pick up a full load. I was there for 2 hours. There is no parking with in 2 miles. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. For me this was a good place.

I have stayed away from this place for years. Terrible experience last time. Completely different now. Someone must of come in here and cleaned house. From the guard shack to the check in office to the loaders, very professional and polite. 1600 appt checked in 1530. Received door, 30 mins later loaded me in 30 minutes. Excellent service!!

This place doesn't deserve a 2 it deserves a negative 50. These people have no heart, the first cold storage place I have been to. I can safely warn drivers to stay away, as the saying says if you are early they get pissy and if you are late they get mad. This customer doesn't deserve to stay open for the way they treat their drivers. They have no heart and selfish people to work with
