Can’t find my number, won’t help over the phone, want me to drop everything and go over, this place used to be five stars!!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered from Tracy Top Soil and received outstanding service, and today too busy to help a customer, Much more important than helping a customer that wants a place an order ???? what the heck is going on over there, get your act together and you’ll go back to five stars

Worked with Top Soil on a few projects for my yards now over the last 2 years. The team down at Tracy TS have got some pretty good customer service skills. They have always made time to talk me through the options they have. I can't ask for much more than that. Keep up the good work!

Love, love, love this business! They are such a great company. Wonderful customer service that provided me the best help throughout our experience. Ted was so wonderful helping pick the perfect rocks to make my backyard picture perfect. Always had lots of patients with me and had lots of useful information. Through the process Jorge was another employee that had excellent customer service as well. Love that I can stay local.

Attentive service, great selection and easy + fast delivery. They have the option to rent a wheelbarrow for $10/day and you're also welcome to take little Ziploc baggies of samples home. I called to place an order and provided the dimensions of the area. The load was delivered the same day!
