I came in just to browse and see if I liked any cars. Some giant guy named Dominic helped me out with all my questions he was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely will be going back when my situation is right to speak to the young lad.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible, i’ve had three days wasted because of something the service department is responsible for, took it in for routine maintenance with no issues with the car, now three appointments later there are multiple issues with the car, damage, and i’ve been essentially left to find my own way home as they have an inspector coming to look at it and I cannot have my car back until then. almost every time i’ve taken my car in for routine service, there’s been something wrong with it afterwards, absolute incompetence. Don’t get trapped with this horrible service department, get a car somewhere else.

If you want to purchase a car from this dealership, expect to pay at least three thousand dollars more than the price they have listed.
They will attempt to sell you a KARR security system, which is a system that they install for their own convenience. This system has no value to the customer (all modern cars have anti-theft systems from the factory) and can be used to track the vehicle AND shut off the engine remotely.
They wanted me to pay 2,789.00 for this system. This is not only a scam, (which it 100 percent is) but it is also a predatory tactic hidden at the end of the car buying process, a non-negotiable TRACKING DEVICE that you are buying from YOUR LOAN FINANCER for a +1000% markup!!! (the KARR device itself cannot cost the dealership more than $200.)
Don't trust Tracy Nissan, and don't trust any dealership that tries to force you to buy a KARR system. It is American Entrepreneurialism at its most depraved.

Just bought a 2023 Toyota Highlander, hybrid XLe I worked with Victor and the manager Eric Manzo. Everything worked out well with negotiating. I would recommend folks coming back here again. I worked out a deal where I could take the car home overnight and bring it back and they are now detailing it

Extremely disappointed. I communicated with the sales people prior to coming to the dealership. They were fully aware of my situation with my car etc. With the information they insisted I come in and they assured me that they had the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I was sent pics of the car and everything. I have everything (convo) in writing. I was also told to tow my car that I would be trading in. Once I got there everything changed. The year of the car changed, then the color and make of the car changed. Payments completely changed from what I was promised. Next thing I know, now they are trying to put me into a totally completely different make of car. A car waaaaaaay smaller. It was a complete waste of my time. I wasted money on towing my car there. When I asked if they would pay for the tow back to my house since they did not keep their end of the bargain and I spent my money on the premise that they were gonna follow through on their promise. I was told "Oh no I'm sorry , we don't do that". I honestly cant believe this. I already have been having a hard time finding a car that is reliable I can afford. You bring me down there based on false information and I cant even get a tow back.
