Paid 12,000 up front for a car asked specifically if registration was included, this man lied to mine and my mothers face, waited three months no plates. Called dmv they said they never ordered them. Called the dealership, knowing what I knew from DMV put the phone on speaker and listened to him lie a second time telling me I have to report them as lost and pay a 27$ fee lmao. I said why if I didnt loose them? Where is the proof they were ordered? He said I am looking at it but we cannot give you any proof. 2 of my family members and myself listened to this. Took a half day off work to be slapped with a 350$ registration fee. I was so disappointed that this turned out to be a stereotypical scenario of being cheated out of something that was definitely not cheap. I love my car but am afraid of what else they could be lying about. Anyone that asks where I got my car I share this experience of 3 months wasted and the run around. Not mad it wasn’t paid for just unsure why I was lied to and had my time wasted when I could have been told prior. Please go to a real dealership you will regret it otherwise!!

My husband and I just had a great experience buying our first car from this place. The customer service was superb, We walked in but left driving our new car (used, but you get what I'm saying lol) special shout out to Abe and Alex, I'm sure all the staff is amazing, but on our visit this two guys were the absolute MVPs, making this process transparent and so easy for us! This was as a great experience and we're very happy with our car! I will definitely recommend it!

I have had such an amazing experience working with Abe and Ryan. I was so worried about just making a phone call to get information and in 3 days I purchased my car. They were so thorough with all the information given to me and I felt like they actually cared about what I left in and how it would affect me financially. Do not buy a car from here. My wife was sold a lemon. We haven't even had the car for 2 months yet and it's already been in the shop twice. Once for a week and the second time for 2 weeks. After the first time, we tried contacting them to see if they would sell us a different car but their excuse was that "it's covered under warranty". It may be covered under warranty but that's a unnecessary hassle that shouldn't be happening in the first place. The car is on its way to the shop for the THIRD time in 2 months. Just stay away.. it's not worth it. I'm sure you can find a more honest dealership than this one.

Customer service was really good. The guys worked with me on the price after I saw a couple cosmetic issues on the exterior. I was worried about the Carfax history and asked them about it before I came to look at it and they said they inspected it A-Z. Well that's a lie. I've had the truck for barely 3 months and I have had to replace all 4 brakes and rotors, I had to buy a new battery because the one that was in it was the wrong size, I also had to flush the transmission fluid, engine light keeps coming on and it is a super hard fix for the dealer and I still have to take it back. Right now I am sitting at a repair shop in Oceanside CA because my AC unit went out on the drive down and they have to fix the air compressor. $1098 dollars. My warranty covers $750 so I had to pay $348. So far I have spent almost $1200 on repairs not counting the $450 they paid for the front two breaks. I've have had to take the truck to a repair shop 6 times so far. Bring a mechanic with you if you plan to buy from there. Oh and I bought it with a 49ers symbol in the toe hitch that was locked in and they didn't give me a key or cut it off before I bought it so in order for me to tow something or use my hitch bike rack(I race mountain bikes) I need to make another appointment with someone to cut it off. Lol So basically every two weeks I'll be in a repair shop at this point.
