Today I called to get an approximate amount of how much they would charge to prepare my taxes for me. The woman answers the phone very unprofessionally. I thought I had dialed the wrong #. She wasn’t friendly one bit. She sounded like I was bothering her. She gave me an amount of what she would charge me. I said, “ok, thank you very much”. Before I could say good bye, she hangs up the phone. Doesn’t say good bye, NOTHING! Just hangs up! Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t go to her if she did my taxes for free.

Oh man. As a millennial, taxes and actual adult money stuff is a language I don’t speak but my friend told me to go there and “grandma” Pat is who I need in my life. I did! I didn’t know about reporting miles for when I did Uber and I got a refund instead of owing. I thought I was going to own 1000 bucks because I didn’t know about quarterly payments for Uber driver type work and I kept track using trip B whenever I logged in so I had the miles data and Grandma gave me a lecture

This lady named Elizabeth is such a liar, rude and extremely unprofessional. I have called her many times regarding my 2021 tax papers because I need it for school. she keeps lying that she is not in the office or I called her late. she is the one who created problem for me for putting the wrong address spelling on my tax papers now I need help but she keeps lying and she even blocked my number. thats not how you treat your customers. I don't recommend this place at all because of this rude person.

If I could leave zero stars I would. WALKED IN AND SHE HAD 2 Clients. The moment I walked in , I asked if I could get an estimate for my return and she just gave off such a rude vibe and asked me Infront of her clients how much I made last year ? Like lady whattt?? Very unprofessional, if you could find a different place DO IT! She is so rude. I said I'll just go somewhere else thank you, and walked out. Not sure how many people work here, she is an old white lady, with a strong accent and just very rude. Even rolled her eyes when I asked for an estimate. DO NOT COME HERE !!

I've been dealing with top-notch for about 10 years. They've always done me right. The price seems fair to me. The first lady I dealt with retired and then Elizabeth took over for the last seven or so years. She's very helpful and I will never go anywhere else. I recommend that to anybody that needs to get theretaxes done right

I had to find a new tax "guy", mine retired... I made appointment and they got me in right away. Appt was simple and price was reasonable. Elizabeth performed my taxes as a waited . She was done in 15-20 min. Both ladies were nice and Professional. See you ladies next year.

This place is by far the best tax place I have ever been to. I was going to HR block. I was getting ripped off by HR block when I went there. Elizabeth did me and my wife's taxes. She was by far the most patient person I ever met. When I can be a pain in the butt and ask a lot of questions. She was very professional and experienced in her job. And the price she did on are taxes was a awesome deal. Definitely will be going back to her every year for taxes. Thanks again Elizabeth for everything.

She lied to me about the price. She said I will charge you the same amount what you had paid last year to me. This time when she submitted my taxes after that she charged me more than double the amount what i paid her last year. There was no no major change in my docs. I told her you had said one thing over the phone now you are charging me double the fees. She was rude and straight lied on the face. I did not say anything to you on the phone. This is totally unethical and not good way of doing business or retaining your customers. I could have easily found a much cheaper place, but I was stuck and she had already e-submitted my taxes so had no choice. Folks, I would not recommend her at all and you will be better off taking your business elsewhere.

This is a highly recommended tax service with friendly professionals that will make the tax season easier for you. This is our second year with them. We were so pleased at how thorough they were at getting us so much more money back than we expected! I guess the other person we were going to for years had been doing something wrong we should have been getting much,much more all those years! We are staying with Top Notch, this is the best place to get your taxes done the right way. Guaranteed!
