By far the best store in Tracy. You get greeted with a friendly smile every time you walk in. The decor and decoration items in store are awesome. We bought
Many of artwork from this store for our house, along with lots of cookbooks and gadgets for kitchen. And in the fall, when they have all the Christmas stuff out is simply magnificent. I highly recommend anyone who has not been to this store to go check them out.

Very nice and relaxing. Neat, and everything was clear labels.
It is more of a community boutique but is listed under the second-hand store online.

Buyer beware no refunds or returns! They hide it in a small frame on their counter. Why exactly would I give my money to any business that doesn't stand behind the items?

I brought some IOD Stamps online from this place. Easy transition. I was so excited, couldn't wait to receive them. When I got the stamps they came beautifully packaged with a free item and a lovely card, that made my day very especial.Thank you so much Gall. Can't wait to purchase stuff from you again.

We have been shopping Gail and Rachel’s delightful collections since they were in their first location. (IYKYK) Their mix of rustic, French and cottage styles perfectly suits our taste. They have evolved over the years to keep things fresh and still charming. But, even more than this: They are kind. They are compassionate. And they seem to love what they do and their customers. Even when we need nothing, we go to browse the Owl Box. And when we need something…Please support them. It is worth your $$$.

Careful with sale items! They sell OXIDIZE jewelry! Their clothes are overpriced because it unravels the moment you walk out. And you can find most of their decor at Marshall's. When I went to them to tell them about the necklace being oxidized they said "nothing we can do since it's in sale." As if it's my fault they're selling TOXIC necklaces. Ps. You're supposed to support small business, but how can you if they don't even care about you, just their profits. Go to Mia Bella's you'll find way more affordable and cute stuff there.

I shopped at The Owl Box for the first time about a couple days before Christmas and I'm glad I did! I was very impressed to see that we had such a nice boutique store in Tracy like the ones I've been to in Livermore. I originally went in just to see if I could find something for my mom and quickly spotted a pair of stylish gloves that I knew she'd like. One of the sales associates (Rachel I believe) was very sweet and inviting right off the bat. Shopping during the holidays was already stressful enough, especially cutting it so close to Christmas, so I really appreciated her friendly demeanor. She also offered to start a pile for my items behind the counter so I could have free hands to shop and I ended up buying nearly $200 worth of gifts! On top of the gloves for my mom I found an elegant and dainty pair of green earrings for my grandmother, a bread box and friendship charm for one of my girlfriends, and a small fondue pot for my other girlfriend. When I was being rung up by the other sales associate I signed up with their rewards program because I knew I'd definitely be shopping here again. She also wrapped up all the gifts for me and labeled them so all I had to do was put them under my tree. I'll be coming back again for sure, thanks!
