I absolutely love my nails ??. Customer service was okay, Tracy took care of me and did exactly what I wanted and I am happy. She is heavy handed with the drill bit we made it. I will only come back for Tracy!!!! Great nail art, creation and look in Modesto. 10/10 recommend ?

Usually I go to 10 Perfect Nails this was my first time going here. Right away noticed that this salon seems very ran down, not clean or organized at all. I got a French tip gel pedi and about 2 days after I only have about 5 toes with any gel on. Some were already completely bare without any gel and others were chipped. I went back after complaining as they said they’d fix my pedi but I ended up going home because they said they were short staffed and too busy to help me which I understand. I go back another day and they said that I came at a wrong time, too busy. Still they ended up “fixing” my pedicure but was redone messy & too thick.

I know they can do better because I’ve been here before, but I just paid $73 for these. I’m not too happy. The gem stones are sitting on a glob of glue and you can absolutely see the globs on each nail. The ombré isn’t done right the glitter should be clear at the tips not covered with the white powder as some are. Some are right and some have the white pulled up from the nail bed too much. Like my thumbs. But I know if I go back and say this wasn’t done right I’ll pay even more when I paid $73 for it to look like this. They’re pretty from afar but not once you look at them.

Had an appointment with Tracy who took another person and pushed me off to Kim. I paid Tracy in advance for my pedi(wich was just ok). When it came time to pay, Tracy claimed I paid her less then what I did.
As a hairstylist for many years never would I suggest that a client was lying. I will never go back. I've told my friends not to go there. Tracy was Totally Rude!!

Sooo the customer service was good, the lady who attended me was really nice. i didnt get my nails done here but i got a waxing service done for my face and my under arms. The room wasnt really a room its just in the hallway. Anyways, Face came out pretty well. But my underarms not too good. Got a bad chemical burn on both underarms, maybe my skin was too sensitive for the wax. Im sure their other services are better. Ouch

I LOVE the service here! Jillian is an amazing nail tech. She knows me and my taste in nail color and style. She has taken the time to learn about my life so she can provide excellent service. I’m busy so she ensures my appointments are kept within my timeframe, never sacrificing on service. Everyone in the shop is very kind, always saying hello with a smile. Love this place.
