Jessica is the best always get a prompt and efficient haircut, very professional. The whole team at Tracy sport clips is very friendly. I enjoy engaging with all of the stylist. Everyone is very welcoming, love the sports environment. Always get a great haircut for me or my son. Nicole is my usual stylist for my son. Both Nicole and Jessica is fabulous, everyone is great at this location.

What they do, is even if you are first, they purposely move you down to favor others they know.
I walked in and booked for an appointment 45min later. I chose a stylist because she was the one available after 45min.
We promptly got there, and my name was on top.
All of a sudden my name disappeared.
I asked them immediately and they added my name back in the bottom. And they said that Jessica will take me next.
In between another client, a friend of Jessica walks in with her son. Apparently her son is going for prom.
Jessica walks up front and calls them in.
While we sit there.
And I tell my son, "see life isn't fair, and we should question their attitude towards customers."
And I am writing this review as we wait.
Jessica, if you are reading this, I want you to know that what you did isn't right. Just imagine you in my shoes. You wouldn't want this, would you?

The store is always a welcoming atmosphere and the people there are always the best. They have the best hair stylists and they're great at what they do as well. They will also take notes on how best to approach the hair style you want to achieve so they are great at handling things at a personal level. They did my undercut perfectly. Also, if you want more than a haircut they got some specials too and great hair products too. I highly recommend going here for a haircut.

been there with 3 customers ahead of us. i understand that another customer came and he got online maybe so he go ahead . after them the name is were on the deck now an d about our turn after waiting for almost an hour. and the lady came in the counter expecting that its our turn but called different name inatead and switch our waiting time to the one thats newly arrived . customer service is bad!!!!

⭐️ Sports Clips in Tracy is truly fantastic! ? Quick, friendly, and the perfect spot for my 4-year-old. The team, especially Tori, is exceptional—sweet, patient, and always welcoming, even when dealing with a little squirmer. Tori worked her magic today, making my kiddo’s haircut experience wonderful. She joked, kept him comfortable, and the result? An awesome haircut just in time for his birthday party this weekend! ??♂️ Thank you, Tori, you’re the bomb! ?

Arrived with three stylists was never acknowledged or greeted. Wait supposed to be 6 minutes, one stylist was ringing out a guest and cleaned up. I expected to be called up, nothing. Stylist went to lunch without letting me know. 30 minutes later one stylist messes up another customers fade to the point the other stylist has to stop her haircut to fix the other stylists work. Walked out! Do not recommend.

I was waiting for my car service in this area, found this place so walked in for a haircut, I felt it was just okey while the staff was helping me, after got home wife said "wow, you look great! very nice haircut!", hm...wife says it's very good, now I feel the same!I didn't ask the staff name who helped me, you did a great job! thank you! will come back again for sure!Service: Haircut
