Fourth year in a row they’ve refused my boot slip without a reason they just say “we can’t use this” they have all the great boots but won’t accept boot slips

Great customer service, good quality footwear. I bought a pair of Birkenstock Boston Shearling and a pair of Red Wing Moc toe boots. I love these and I'll be returning to purchase some more.

I'm usually not one to do reviews, but I had to for this place.
I have a pair of DC shoe co. Boots. I wore them maybe 5 times, before a river broke and one of the lace eyelets popped off. I took the shoe to a repair store in Manteca (where I live). The gentleman there said he could fix it but it would take about 20 minutes to do so. I went and had lunch, came back to pick them up and could tell as soon as I looked at them that the repair wasn't going to hold. I paid anyway ($5) thinking that this person was experienced and knew more than me. Wore the shoes that night and the eyelet pulled right out after about an hour of use.
A few days later, I took them to Sarvey's. (I work in Tracy) I explained to the younger man at the front desk what had happened and that I already had them "repaired". He was surprised because the boots looked brand new. I told him they basically were. After a moment an older gentlemen finished up with his client and came over to see what the situation was. He looked at the shoe, took it into a back room with him, I heard a quick thump and he came back up with the rivet/eyelet repaired and only charged me $2
Not only were they much friendlier than my local shoe repair shop, they were cheaper and much much quicker. I couldn't be happier and I will return to them if I ever need another shoe repair

Pretty disappointed with this shop despite the great reviews. I paid to shine/polish and new soles on a pair of work boots. The turn around time was a week. When i came to pick it up, the shine was not as shined as you would expect a shine to be done by a professional shoe store. It looked like they just brushed it with one coat of polish. And when i checked the soles, they were not replaced. I told them about the error and they said it was missed on the order. I had it stay with them for another 2 days to replace the sole.

Why throw away something a little worn out, when you can fix it! Fair, kind, and excellent craftsman. So lucky to have him in Tracy!

Just got my Timberlands resoled, and the look and feel better than when they were new. Great job for a good price.

We've been going to Sarvey's over the years for shoe repairs, new shoes, etc. They used to be a great old style cobbler shoe place....now they're absolutely horrible! You walk in and it's filthy dirty, the shelves no longer have any shoes for sale, no belts or socks....you stand there wondering if they are even really 'open for business'! Which they really aren't. Because the two young people sitting with their backs to my wife and myself behind the plastic barrier are playing with their cell phones and won't even acknowledge you're there....when you ask if they can repair a shoe, a belt, or anything else, they are quick to respond, "we don't do that anymore ". My wife asked the simplest task to put an additional hole in a leather belt, which he responded, "we don't have the tool to do that". So she googled, and found Marcela's shoe repair in Manteca....he did it quickly right there on the spot, and he was very nice...when I told him of our latest experience at Sarvey's he chuckled and said that's not the first time I've heard that! Thanks Marcelo's....Mike

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered two pairs of a specific shoe on November 7, I finally got the second pair a month later and the first pair a few days ago! The customer service is NOT good! In the old days, Sarveys knew what they were doing and the guy was super knowledgeable. Now, I showed them exactly what I needed, Told them how important the insoles are because i'm diabetic, and they ordered the wrong ones, the shoe was the same, the insole was different...I found both online, and the ones with the TriPad insole which is what they said they ordered, are available... they just didn't order them! The lady then tried telling me they are the same, they are NOT!!! They lost a customer for life! I have done business there for over 25 years, now I will order my own rather than try to support a local business!

They repaired my black back pack. Due to delay of equipments, it took months for them to repair my bag. The wait is worth it. I am very glad they repaired my bag clean and sleek.
